Description
A robust, monolithic wall hook designed specifically for the bulk and straps of bicycle helmets. The sweeping, angled arm reaches out far enough to clear the wall, terminating in a rounded lip that won't dig into foam liners or fray fabric straps.
Built to print cleanly standing up, the overhang angles are steep enough to self-support on most FDM machines.
Mounting Details
- Backplate: 120mm tall by 40mm wide, distributing the load.
- Hardware: Two standard 5mm countersunk screw holes.
- Clearance: The upper screw hole is positioned well above the hook's lip to ensure a screwdriver can reach it straight-on without interference.

Aufsteck-Schraubklemme mit Haken
Eine umstrukturierte Klemmhalterung, die sich als offenes U-Profil direkt über ein 15 x 15 mm Vierkantrohr stecken lässt. Anpassungsmöglichkeiten für Remixes Dieses Modell ist so ausgelegt, dass die grundlegenden Klemm-Mechanismen leicht für andere Einsatzzwecke skaliert werden können: Stangenmaß: Der innere Ausschnitt hat aktuell 15,6 mm Breite für etwas Spiel auf 15 mm Stangen. Wer größere Rohre nutzt, kann den Hauptkörper entsprechend verbreitern. Haken-Geometrie: Der Ausleger ragt 12 mm nach vorne, die Spitze zieht 16 mm nach oben. Das lässt sich gut durch flache Halterungen oder Ösen ersetzen. Gewinde: Das M10x2 Gewinde hat im Gehäuse 10,6 mm Durchmesser (intern). Für mehr Klemmkraft auf glatten Metallrohren kann die Schraube gegen eine Standard-Metallschraube mit Gummipad getauscht werden.

A heavy-duty mounting hook designed to jump over a cart's top lip and drop down flush against the main side wall. This model includes a spacer brace that sits dead-center behind the hook's lower curve, squaring the load firmly against the side of the cart so it stays plumb under heavy weight. The entire bottom corner is filled solid to prevent flexing at the joint. Remix Dimensions Top Clearance: 22.5mm width for the top cart edge. Lip Jump: Steps out 20mm to clear the side lip. Spacer Clearance: Drops exactly 40mm before the spacer starts pushing back against the cart. Thickness: 12mm thick continuous walls printed flat for extreme layer-adhesion strength. Hook Loop: 40mm inner diameter open-top hook.
Wall-Mounted Display Shelf
A sturdy wall-mounted shelf featuring a J-profile design with open sides. Built specifically to support moderate loads up to 2 kg, it includes a generous structural fillet at the rear corner and three countersunk mounting points to distribute weight evenly against the wall. A pronounced front lip keeps displayed items securely in place. An 8-position wall rack designed around a straight 12mm bore to capture standard screwdriver shafts. The top of each slot flares into a 30mm funnel, guiding tools into place without precise alignment above the workbench. Capacity: Holds eight screwdrivers with shaft diameters up to 11.5mm. Handle Clearance: 32mm center-to-center spacing. Accommodates standard acetate or rubber grips, but will crowd or reject over-molded handles larger than 30mm. Mounting Interface: Three recessed bores cut for standard #8 countersunk screws. GridLock — Split Open Drawer Frame
GridLock is a custom-fit drawer divider system completely stripped down to its essentials. Sized specifically to frame out compartments without wasting material on a floor, this open-grid organizer drops directly into a drawer, letting the existing liner or wood bottom show through. The frame has been split into four cleanly cut sections to allow printing a large 13.5-inch wide organizer on standard 220mm square print plates.
