Description
This is a two-part enclosure built to house a Raspberry Pi 5 alongside a tall stack of PCIe shields. Because expansion boards vary wildly in where they drop their ports, this shell skips the millimeter-perfect holes in favour of massive front and rear bays. It provides 50mm of internal headroom, easily clearing an active cooler, a 2.5G Ethernet shield, and an NVMe board stacked together.
Remix Hooks
- Cover Height (
cover_h): Set to 50mm by default. If your Waveshare stack sits higher, push this up. - Port Bays: The large cutouts on the cover are generic rectangles spanning almost the entire width of the case. If your shields use a weird side-exit layout, you'll want to punch a new hole through the Y-axis wall.
- Standoffs: The base includes 4mm standoffs (
standoff_h) with 2.4mm alignment pegs matching the standard Pi 5 mounting footprint (58x49mm).

Raspberry Pi Pico Shell
Raspberry Pi Pico enclosure designed for the standard 51x21mm board footprint. It fits the Pico 1, Pico W, Pico 2, and Pico 2 W natively. The top shell includes pass-through slots at standard 0.7-inch pitch to clear upward-facing headers, alongside a thumb-cut for the BOOTSEL button and a Micro-USB trench on the base. Fitment Notes Mounting Interface: Drops onto four 1.5mm standoffs matching the factory 47x17mm hole pattern. Hardware: Requires four M2 self-tapping screws (or M2x8 machine screws) for the corners. Incompatibilities: Does not fit stretched third-party clone boards (e.g., 53mm lengths) or boards with downward-facing headers soldered for breadboard use.
Split E-Reader Folio Case
A 3D-printable protective case sized perfectly for the PocketBook Touch HD 3. The e-reader slides into a retaining tray from the top edge. The front cover wraps around the front and snaps onto the side edge of the tray with a friction clasp, keeping the screen fully shielded in transit. Bottom cutouts ensure access to the power button and charging port. Printing & Assembly Separated Plates: The front and back shells are separate objects, so they fit nicely on smaller printers (like an A1 Mini). Just use your slicer's "Split to Objects" function and move one half to a second plate. Hinge Pin: Included is a flat-bottomed hinge pin. Slide it through the aligned knuckles once both halves are printed. (Alternatively, a length of 1.75mm filament works perfectly). Dimensions: Expect an overall length of 167mm. Tolerances are relaxed (0.5mm) on the hinge to ensure free movement straight away.

8-Slot PC Cable Comb
A rigid 8-slot cable comb designed to flatten out chaotic PC cable bundles. Spaced precisely for standard 18AWG PSU wires, it includes mounting flanges on either side to pin the whole run tight against a case wall or back panel. Remix Variables Channel Dimensions: Currently set to a 3.5mm width on a 4.5mm pitch. Expand the width to 4mm or higher if you are working with thick sleeved cables. Slot Count: Built for an 8-pin run (like a GPU or EPS cable). Extending the pattern to 24 slots for a 24-pin motherboard main power cable is a straightforward parameter update. Mounting Hardware: The end flanges are drilled for M3 screws with a simple countersink. These can easily be scaled for M4 hardware or removed entirely if you prefer mounting with double-sided tape.
Index Card Desk Sign
A minimalist desktop stand that holds a standard 4x6-inch index card in landscape orientation. The frame is tilted back at 15 degrees for optimal reading from a seated position, and features an open-top U-shape slot so cards can be dropped in or swapped out instantly. No Supports Required: Prints perfectly flat on its base, with the frame angled to avoid steep overhangs on the inner cavity. Dimensions Base Interface: 120.5mm internal clearance for a friction fit over standard 120mm fan grilles. Outlet Snout: 40mm x 18mm focused rectangular slot.
