Description
This is a two-part enclosure built to house a Raspberry Pi 5 alongside a tall stack of PCIe shields. Because expansion boards vary wildly in where they drop their ports, this shell skips the millimeter-perfect holes in favour of massive front and rear bays. It provides 50mm of internal headroom, easily clearing an active cooler, a 2.5G Ethernet shield, and an NVMe board stacked together.

The top shell includes pass-through slots at standard 0.7-inch pitch to clear upward-facing headers, alongside a thumb-cut for the BOOTSEL button and a Micro-USB trench on the base. A 3D-printable protective case sized perfectly for the PocketBook Touch HD 3. The e-reader slides into a retaining tray from the top edge. The front cover wraps around the front and snaps onto the side edge of the tray with a friction clasp, keeping the screen fully shielded in transit. Remix Variables Channel Dimensions: Currently set to a 3.5mm width on a 4.5mm pitch. Expand the width to 4mm or higher if you are working with thick sleeved cables. Slot Count: Built for an 8-pin run (like a GPU or EPS cable). Extending the pattern to 24 slots for a 24-pin motherboard main power cable is a straightforward parameter update.
