Font and size: Luckiest Guy at size 12 fills the 60 x 22 mm sign; drop the size if the name grows. Base: 70 x 100 x 3 mm, easy to enlarge or turn into a keychain-sized stand. 3.2 mm Jump Ring Georgie Letter Links
Seven individual letter links spelling G-e-o-r-g-i-e, made to be joined by metal jump rings into a name bracelet. Fitment Each link is a 14 × 14 mm plate, 3 mm thick, with the letter raised 1.5 mm in Luckiest Guy. A 3.2 mm hole runs front to back through a round tab on each side, so a ring passes through the flat face. Hole centres are 19 mm apart on each link; adjacent links join with one jump ring through facing holes. Check before printing Jump ring wire must be under about 3 mm, or the holes will not take it. Does not fit Rings with wire thicker than 3 mm, or links with a closed clasp-style bail.
