Description
A fully articulated, print-in-place scale model capturing the iconic six-wheel stance of off-world explorers. The design relies on the famous rocker-bogie suspension geometry, allowing the wheels to ride over uneven terrain while keeping the main chassis relatively stable.
It prints entirely assembled as a single piece.
Print Guidelines
- Clearance: Designed with 0.4mm gaps on all articulating joints.
- Orientation: Prints directly on its wheels.
- Support: No supports required. The internal axle caps are conical to bridge cleanly.
- Post-Processing: Gently work each wheel and pivot arm free after taking it off the bed to break away any tiny stringing inside the joints.

Rover Rocker-Bogie Linkage
A rigid frame is useless when half the wheels are off the ground. This replaces the solid chassis problem with the exact kinematic linkage used on the Mars rovers, ensuring all six wheels maintain contact over uneven terrain. The kit is laid out for flat printing without supports and assembles via flanged friction pegs. Assembly Clearances Holes: 8.0 mm Pegs: 7.6 mm (0.4 mm clearance for smooth rotation) Short Pegs: Connect the chassis to the long rocker arms, and the rocker arms to the smaller bogie arms. Long Pegs: Mount the six wheels to the ends of the arms. The flange acts as a built-in washer to keep the wheels from rubbing the linkage.
2AeroTest — Glider Wing Comparison
A set of three flat-printed aerodynamic test gliders designed for direct side-by-side flight comparison. Built specifically to eliminate variables, all three models share an identical streamline fuselage, tail assembly, weight distribution, and a total wing planform area locked exactly at 3600 mm². The only variable is the main wing geometry. Design Geometry Total Wing Area: 3600 mm² per aircraft Wing Thickness: 0.8 mm (prints as a solid, flexible surface) Rectangular Wing: 120 mm span × 30 mm uniform chord Tapered Wing: 120 mm span, tapering from a 40 mm root to a 20 mm tip chord Delta Wing: 120 mm span, tapering from a 60 mm root to a 0 mm tip chord Print Notes These are designed as print-in-place monolithic objects. The entire flat bottom of the aircraft (wing, tail, and fuselage belly) rests on the build plate at Z=0. Because the wings are only 0.8 mm thick, they print entirely solid in 4 standard 0.2 mm layers without needing supports. For simulated dihedral, gently bend the wings upward close to the fuselage immediately after removing them from a warm build plate.
Threaded Spoke Magnet Clamp
A zero-hardware, print-in-place clamp for mounting a 10x4mm cylindrical magnet to an e-bike spoke, designed for velocity sensors. The two-piece assembly uses an M16x2 thread to clamp directly over the spoke, trapping the magnet inside the cap and requiring no glue or screws. Magnet Pocket: Sized at 10.1mm to 10.6mm taper to account for ASA shrinkage, with a direct drop-in channel. Spoke Clearance: The slot accommodates standard bicycle spokes, self-centering as the cap is tightened. Standoff: The cap body is exactly 15mm long to position the sensor face properly. Material: Designed for ASA or PETG for outdoor UV and temperature resistance. No supports needed.

A classic double-kicktail mini skateboard deck, sized for standard fingerboard hardware. The baseline dimensions are a 100mm total length, 30mm width, and 2.5mm thickness, which hits the sweet spot for a standard grip feel. The mounting pattern drops right onto standard 32mm fingerboard trucks. Remixing Parameters If you take this into CAD to build your own pro-model, the key geometry hooks are: Kick Angle: Currently pitched at 22 degrees for a medium-high pop. Wheelbase: The truck centers sit 52mm apart. Concave: This base version is entirely flat across the width to print beautifully face-down without supports. Add a subtractive cylindrical sweep across the top face if you want real side-to-side concave.
