A heavy-duty 20-inch circular splash guard split into quarters. It features a continuous 4-inch tall outer rim and interlocking dovetails to snap securely around a 2-inch pipe.\n\n### Tweaking the Design\n* Rim: Set at 4 inches tall and a half-inch thick. You could easily lower the rim to save plastic if you don't need the full basin volume.\n* Clearances: The dovetails have a built-in 0.3mm tolerance. You can widen that if your printer leaves heavier seams.\n* Joints: Three 36mm-wide dovetails lock each quadrant. For a permanent install, add a little silicone to the seams before pressing them together.

Tube: 75 mm outside diameter, 70 mm bore, 2.5 mm wall, 154 mm long, with 16 mm coarse threads (5 mm pitch) on both ends. Screen: 1.6 mm thick, 4 mm square openings on a 5.6 mm pitch, 22 mm up from the bottom end, fused to the tube wall.
