Star Apple Watch Keychain Enclosure

A rounded five-point star shell that holds an Apple Watch SE 44 mm (A2352) as a keychain, with the real display open at the front. Two printed parts: a front shell (print mating face down) and a rear cover (flat face down) joined by four M2 screws.

Remix hooks

• Watch fit: case 44 x 38 mm, 0.4 mm clearance per side, cavity depth 11.2 mm, corner radius 8 mm. Change clr, D and cav_r to tune the fit.
• Display window: 38.4 x 32.8 mm. This is an estimate, so confirm it against the watch.
• Crown, button, mic and speaker cutouts: positions are placeholders on the right and left sides. Measure the watch and move them before printing.
• Star size: the star_pts radii (50 / 33 mm) set the roughly 80 mm span. Shrinking the valley radius thins the wall near the cavity corners.
• Keyring hole: 5 mm at the top point. Raise ring_d or move ring_pos for a bigger ring.
• Charging opening: 32 mm round hole in the rear cover (charge_d).
• Pairs with: M2 x 8 mm screws, a small split ring, or a TPU bumper variant.
