A low-profile repair bracket designed to replace a torn-out pivot pin (part 112792) in an Ikea BRUSALI shoe cabinet. Bridges damaged particleboard to anchor firmly into intact wood.

- Plate Thickness: Sitting at 3mm to keep clearance tight. Scalloped edges halve that thickness between the screws to save material without compromising the direct stress paths to the corners.
- Pivot Pin: Set to 14.5mm diameter and 10mm length. Double-check your surviving hardware — you can easily dial the diameter up or down to tune the friction fit into the drawer groove.

What it's for A custom replacement L-bracket designed to hold a 626ZZ ball bearing at the top of a cross-flow fan rotor in a tower unit. Built to secure the 6mm fan shaft while maintaining precise wall clearance. Dimensions Arm Dimensions: 54mm x 44mm footprint, 5mm thick. Wall Face: 18mm total height. Mounting: Two 4mm screw holes, spaced 28mm apart horizontally and centered at 14mm from the base (4mm from the top of the wall face). Bearing Seat: Sized for a 19mm OD bearing, dropped 3mm below the main flat surface, featuring an open top for drop-in installation and a 12mm clearance hole below for easy push-out removal. Print notes Because the bearing housing now protrudes 3mm past the bottom of the main arm, the model is lifted so the lowest point rests on the print bed. You will need to enable supports under the flat arm, or rotate the part manually in your slicer if you prefer a different print orientation.
