Description
An enclosed, print-in-place mechanical clicker with a dedicated auto-return spring. The internal mechanism is fully hidden, leaving just the thumb lever exposed for a cleaner look and a protected mechanism.
- Internal Clearance: Prints with a 0.5mm gap between the top roof and the lever, letting it move freely straight off the bed.
- Enclosed Shell: Total height is bumped to 11mm to give room for the solid 1.5mm top and bottom walls.
- Remix Hooks: The internal spring thicknesses (1.0mm for the click, 1.2mm for the return) dictate the feel. Thin them by 0.2mm for a much lighter touch, or increase the internal height if you want to experiment with deeper cams.

A 50mm print-in-place emergency whistle built around a 12mm spherical resonating chamber. It features a tapered mouthpiece and an integrated 7mm captive pea that creates a high-decibel warble, all packed into a low-profile keychain block. Remix Hooks & Constraints Chamber Geometry: The fundamental tone is dictated by the 12mm sphere. Expanding this chamber lowers the pitch, while shrinking it creates a sharper, higher shriek. Captive Pea: The 7mm pea prints with a 0.2mm floor gap. This clearance is just tight enough to prevent the sphere from tearing off the build plate, but weak enough to break free with a pen tip. Windway & Fipple: The air channel is fixed at 1.5mm high to compress the airstream before it hits the 45-degree splitting edge. Changing the fipple angle will dramatically alter the sound quality. Mounting Loop: The 5mm bore at the rear fits standard split rings and 550 paracord. If scaling the model for a heavier carabiner, reinforce the tail block first.
