Description
This is a structural and acoustic proof-of-concept for the folded transmission line. To ensure the airflow, cross-sectional area, and continuous path meet the requirements before we engineer the complex airtight interlocking joints, the model is presented as a cross-sectional cutaway.
Acoustic Specifications
- Cross-sectional Area: ~171 cm² throughout the labyrinth.
- Line Path: The air is forced down behind the driver chamber, snakes through two 180-degree folds with bullnose edges, and exits at the bottom rear mouth.
- Scale: This visualizes a 400mm deep continuous block. To reach the full 2.0-meter acoustic length, this pattern will be extended and segmented into multiple 248mm printable blocks.

Anti-Spill Armrest Caddy

Scandi Flared Coat Hook
What it's for A minimalist, Scandinavian-inspired wall hook for coats, bags, or towels. The flared cap prevents items from slipping off while maintaining a soft, continuous profile. It mounts using a single countersunk screw through the center, with a deep counterbore that allows the screw head to sit well below the surface—ready to be left exposed or covered with a standard 9.5mm wooden plug. Dimensions Length: 63 mm from the wall. Diameters: 22 mm at the wall base, tapering to 16 mm at the neck, and flaring to a 38 mm cap. Hardware: 5 mm through-hole with a 9.5 mm counterbore (suits a standard #8 or #10 wood screw). Print notes The flare angle is kept under 45 degrees, meaning this prints cleanly standing straight up on its base without any supports. If you want a smoother finish on the front face, you can flip it 180 degrees in your slicer and print it face-down (the chamfers and rounding will print perfectly either way).
Pendant Canopy With 50mm Mount
Electrical brackets that don't line up with standard covers leave you with a gaping hole in the ceiling and wires hanging out. This ceiling canopy replaces the usual single-point hook system with a direct two-screw mount spaced exactly 50mm apart to mate perfectly with standard central hub brackets. Canopy Diameter: 105mm to comfortably bridge rough plaster holes. Mounting Holes: Spaced at exactly 50mm center-to-center with 5mm clearance for standard bracket screws. Core Pass-through: 8mm internal channel easily clears standard twin-core lighting cable.
Reinforced 8mm Irrigation Y-Splitter
A heavily reinforced Y-shaped hose connector built specifically to merge two fluid lines into one. Designed for 8mm inner-diameter flexible tubing, it uses a solid central hub rather than thin overlapping walls, ensuring the part handles pressure without snapping at the junction. The internal geometry is sculpted to maintain flow: a 6mm channel through the main body prevents a bottleneck at the merge, smoothly necking down to 5mm inside the barbs to guarantee thick, watertight perimeters where the plastic gets thinnest. A precision flat cut on the underside allows the entire assembly to drop straight onto the build plate, completely eliminating the need for support material. Remix Hooks & Constraints Hose Fit: The double barbs peak at 8.5mm OD and drop to a 7.2mm valley, grabbing 8mm ID silicone or vinyl hose tightly. Print Settings: Built for PETG or ABS. Use 4 to 5 perimeters to ensure watertightness and maximum mechanical strength against bending forces. Scaling: Scaling up works cleanly for larger hose (e.g., 125% for 10mm ID), but scaling down is not recommended as the internal channel will restrict flow and the walls may drop below the required thickness for a watertight seal.

Mismatched pipe threads stop a plumbing job dead in its tracks. Instead of chaining together three different brass adapters and hoping they don't leak, this straight-shots a 1 1/4" male line into a 1 3/4" female fitting. The threads are cut straight (NPS style) with FDM clearance built in, so you will need a healthy wrap of Teflon tape to force a watertight seal. Total Length: 3 inches (76.2 mm) Wrench Flats: 60 mm across, giving a solid grip for a large adjustable spanner. Bore: 32 mm internal channel. Threads: ~11.5 TPI pitch, heavily offset to prevent layer-binding on FDM prints.
