Ein massives, komplett schraubenloses Gehäuse-System für ESP32-Projekte. Alle Komponenten werden in maßgefertigte Schienen eingeschoben. Der ESP32 rastet im Unterteil ein, das OLED-Display und der Lichtsensor finden im Deckel Platz.

Assembly
Beide Teile (Basis und Deckel) werden separat auf dem Druckbett platziert. Der Deckel wird auf dem Kopf liegend gedruckt, um Support für die Deckeloberfläche zu vermeiden. Die Komponenten werden einfach in die Schienen auf der Innenseite eingeschoben, danach wird der Deckel durch die Passkante auf die Basis gedrückt.

Snap-On Double Bar Shelf
What it's for A wide, flat shelf designed to snap perfectly over a pair of parallel 15mm bars. Instead of resting loosely, the underside features six discrete snap-clips (three per bar) with a slightly pinched opening, allowing it to firmly grip the rails and resist sliding or tipping. Dimensions Overall Size: 220 mm wide × 280 mm deep. Bar Spacing: Fits bars spaced 210 mm apart from the very front edge of the front bar to the very back edge of the back bar. Bar Fit: 15.5 mm cavity with a 14.2 mm snap opening, tuned for standard 15 mm rods. Print notes The shelf is modeled "upside down." Print it flat on its top surface; the snap clips will point upwards and print cleanly without supports. PETG is highly recommended to give the clips the necessary flex to snap onto the bars without shattering.

What it's for A heavy-duty mounting enclosure that now features an integrated hinge system and a reliable snap-fit latch, replacing the standard friction-fit lid. Designed to house circuit boards, sensors, or bulky wiring, with a secure close that remains easy to access for maintenance. Dimensions Overall footprint: 200 mm × 200 mm Internal depth: 50 mm (plus clearance inside the lid lip) Mounting: Four 5 mm screw holes spaced 30 mm in from the corners Hardware: The hinge uses a standard 3.5 mm pin channel (can be fitted with raw filament or a metal rod) Assembly Both pieces print flat on the build plate. Once printed, insert a piece of 1.75 mm filament, a stiff wire, or an M3 bolt through the hinge knuckles to secure the lid to the body. The latch requires no extra hardware—it operates via intentional plastic flex.
