Description
A desktop-scale modular cornhole kit scaled to a 175mm deck length, complete with a print-in-place flexure bag that collapses to clear the main bore.
The deck prints upside down (or flat) to avoid supports inside the main cavity, while the folding leg frame snaps securely into the 4.2mm frame hinges.

- Bag Size: 21x21mm overall, connected by 0.4mm thick living-hinge webs.

Flat-Pack Turtle Dock
A modular, flat-pack style turtle dock designed to print completely support-free and assemble without any hardware or glue. The structure features a solid bridge held up by two arching legs, and an extended ramp that snaps onto the deck to reach the floor. No Glue Assembly: Features sturdy cross-lap mortise and tenon joints for the legs, and print-in-place C-clips for the ramp. Easy Printing: Designed as separate bodies. Simply use your slicer's "Split to Objects" function and lay all four pieces flat on the build plate. Climbing Grip: The 170mm long ramp includes extruded ridges to give your turtle plenty of traction. Print Instructions When you open this in your slicer, it will appear fully assembled. You must split it into separate parts (in PrusaSlicer or Bambu Studio, right-click and select "Split to Objects") and use the auto-arrange tool to lay them flat on your build plate. Because the parts sit perfectly flat, no supports are required.
Faceted SimHub Button Box
A clean, industrial-styled button box designed for sim racing rigs, controlling Wind, Pedals, and Bass Shakers via SimHub. The enclosure uses a faceted, dodecahedron-inspired geometry to eliminate flat overhangs and keep the footprint small. The front panel cuts a heavy 45° chamfer, hiding the seam where it snaps into the rear body. Features internal snap-fit prongs and receiver towers — no visible hardware required. Base dimensions reduce sharply toward the mount to avoid interfering with wheelbases or monitor arms. Built with clearances for standard Cherry MX switches and a toggle switch cut out for the top left.
Snap-Fit Assembly Racing Car
A 7-piece flat-pack assembly car. The chassis is a solid block with a hollowed pillar cabin and deeply recessed wheel wells, keeping the 22mm wheels tightly tucked. The axles press-fit into the wheels while spinning freely through the body. Remixing and clearances The critical dimensions are simple to tweak if you want to swap styles or tune the fit: Axle clearance: The axles are 5.0mm diameter, press-fitting into 5.15mm holes in the wheels. If your printer over-extrudes, scale the axles down by a fraction of a percent. Body spin: The chassis holes are 6.5mm, giving a loose, friction-free spin. Wheel wells: Currently 28mm diameter cutters for a 22mm wheel. You can size the wheels up to 25mm before they start rubbing the chassis. Stance: The axles are 38mm long. The chassis spans 30mm, leaving exactly 4mm on each side for the wheels to sit flush in their wells.
Custom Solid School Bus
A miniature school bus scaled to exactly 120 mm in overall length, proportioned realistically for print-in-place FDM printing. Features include recessed windows to preserve a watertight manifold body, integrated fenders, and robust side mirrors that won't snap when the supports pull away. Dedicated Sign Panels: Extruded flat blanks on the sides carry the requested school name on two clear lines. Exact Dimensional Fit: The front and rear bumpers are anchored dead on the 120 mm boundaries. Printability: The entire base is sliced flat at Z=0, guaranteeing solid bed adhesion without rafts.

School Bus with Flat Chassis
Most printed vehicles fail because the wheels are left hanging on fragile pegs or the chassis sits at an odd angle that demands heavy scaffolding. This model fixes that. The chassis and the tires all bottom out exactly at zero, so the whole block sits dead flat on the build plate. The wheels are deeply anchored into the body via solid internal axles — no snap-offs, no thin joints, and absolutely zero internal voids to confuse the slicer. Print details Dimensions: 120 mm total length, 45 mm wide (at the wheels), 50 mm tall. Wall thickness: Core is completely solid; window recesses leave a 36 mm thick central pillar. Overhangs: Window frames drop in by 1 mm, wheel arches span smoothly, and mirrors sit flush. No supports needed.
