Description
A custom lid designed to drop flush into an existing toothed box. The lid features interlocking 1/4-inch side teeth that fit precisely between the box's gaps. The long side uses an asymmetrical tooth arrangement (starting with a 3/4-inch solid block and ending with 1-1/4 inches).
To accommodate standard 3D printer bed sizes (under 9 inches), the lid is split into two halves that lock together using a stepped, half-lap puzzle joint. This keeps the assembled lid flush and prevents the joint from dropping through.

Plain utility box built to an exact 52.5mm by 89.9mm footprint, standing 14mm tall. Sized for custom internal layouts or dropping in an existing block of components. Measurements to check: Outer Profile: 52.5mm x 89.9mm Overall Height: 14mm Inner Cavity: 49.5mm x 86.9mm Usable Depth: 12.5mm (1.5mm thick floor) Walls are 1.5mm thick all around. If the item you are putting in here is exactly 49.5mm wide, it will be a friction fit; you may want to scale up slightly if it needs drop-in clearance.
A thick-walled, two-part protective enclosure dimensioned specifically for the SanDisk Cruzer Blade. The assembly consists of a main retaining shell and a sliding captive lid. Fitment: Internal cavity measures 42.3 x 18.4 x 8.0 mm (allowing 0.5 mm clearance around the drive). Retention: Dual 0.4 mm internal Z-axis ribs provide friction fit against the drive housing. A solid rear wall prevents push-through. Mechanism: The left-side lid operates on dual 1.5 mm Y-axis rail grooves, featuring spherical detents at both ends of travel for locked open and closed states. Construction: 2.5 mm exterior walls in all directions for rigid PETG FDM printing. The top face includes a 1 mm recess for labelling and a subtracted diagonal chevron pattern.
Open bags dump their contents the second they tip over. This small hard-shell tote adds internal retaining flaps just above the midpoint to keep your stuff where it belongs, while a flat-printing pearl-beaded strap hooks onto thin side-loops. The Details Retaining flaps: Sliced down to a razor-thin 0.4mm, sitting at 30mm height. Handle loops: Pushed out past the terminal pearls so the rings don't jam when you thread a clasp through them. Shell walls: 1.5mm thin, keeping the whole assembly light.
A heavy-duty 90-degree corner bracket for 2x4 lumber frames, designed specifically to cradle the corners of HDX 27-gallon storage totes. 2-way 90-degree internal butt joint for standard 2x4 lumber Staggered 5.5 mm screw holes to prevent fastener collision Integrated 2-inch solid outer lip keeps totes from sliding off the frame Thickened outer corner pillar handles heavy vertical loads

A rigid little handbag that keeps its contents from spilling when tipped. This remix pushes the internal retaining flaps to their absolute limits—stretching them fully into the inner side-walls and shaving them down to a single 0.2mm printable layer, while leaving a secure central gap to retrieve items. Construction Notes Retaining Flaps: Extended to 57mm to anchor directly into the bag's sloping walls, shaved down to 0.2mm thick. Heart Motif: Raised 1.5mm off the front face. Beaded Handle: Designed to print entirely flat, hooking onto the thin side loops after assembly.
Tall walls snap when you bump them or get in the way when you're reaching for parts. This base now features a solid, half-height divider running down the center, keeping things separated without blocking your hand. Footprint: 4x6 inches (1/3 inch thick) Divider: 2.5 inches tall, 1/3 inch thick Printability: Prints flat on its base, no supports required.
