Description
This is a highly scalable, fully printable start kit for a 19-inch desktop server rack frame. The standard span required for a 19" rack is too large to print on a typical printer, so horizontal beams are constructed modularly using heavy-duty half-lap puzzle joints to ensure structural integrity across a 480mm width. Uprights are provided as modular "1U" blocks designed to perfectly stack, locking into horizontal base brackets.
This framework creates an expandable desktop rack suited for network gear, homelab gear, and audio equipment. The modular upright blocks feature standard EIA-310 spacing and are formed with hollow cavities and 9.5mm square holes meant to natively seat standard M6 rack cage nuts.
Because pure plastic structures under tension will deform when housing heavy loads, this design harnesses standard metal rods and bolting for the structural backbone:

Presenting TriStance, a cleanly proportioned desktop picture frame designed specifically for standard 6x4 inch photographs. Engineered for straightforward flat printing, the frame integrates a generous viewing border with a fold-out triangular leg, allowing it to stand independently on any desk or shelf without the need for wall-mounting hardware. Dimensions Overall Size: 200 x 150 mm Photo Aperture: 150 x 100 mm (Fits standard 6x4" prints) Border Width: 25 mm on all sides Features Desktop Ready: Includes a specialized triangular leg on the reverse for stable free-standing display. Minimalist Aesthetic: A simple, flat geometry that keeps the focus entirely on the photograph.
A rigid phone stand angled at 65 degrees, proportioned to clear lower screen content while retaining devices in thick cases. Requisite bracing is extruded into a single dimension to maintain a flat footprint and minimize material usage. Features: 24mm deeper retaining ledge for armored or wallet cases. Reduced 9mm front lip height to prevent screen obstruction. 65-degree optimal viewing incline. Rigid 6mm profile. Overall capacity accommodates devices around 3 by 7 inches.
A rigid phone stand with a truncated back. The overhanging vertical rest has been clipped, terminating the structure at the brace point to form a closed, structural triangle that reduces overall height while maintaining a 65-degree device angle. Parameters and capacity: Backrest Height: 110mm apex. Viewing Angle: 65 degrees from vertical. Ledge Depth: 24mm for clearance of thick cases. Frame Structure: 6mm width, extruded to 76.2mm.

An adapter designed to convert a standard 1/4-20 tripod mounting screw to a larger 3/8-16 male thread. The outer diameter incorporates a textured knurled surface, allowing the component to be firmly finger-tightened or removed without the use of hand tools. Base interface: 1/4-20 female thread Top interface: 3/8-16 male thread Exterior: Knurled cylindrical grip for manual torque application Use case: Adapting standard photography tripods, light stands, or camera quick-release plates to accept heavier audio, lighting, and camera accessories
An adhesive-mounted cable anchor designed to secure a standard USB-C line to the side of a desk. The compact block provides a continuous flat surface for double-sided tape, keeping unplugged cables accessible and preventing them from dropping to the floor when disconnected from a laptop. The retention mechanism utilizes a custom keyhole geometry engineered for standard USB-C cords. The cable presses firmly through a narrow opening and settles into a wider cylindrical volume, providing enough clearance to pull slack without slipping out of the anchor. Flat base optimized for standard adhesive strips or foam tape. 3mm snap-fit entry slot to pop the cord into place. 4.5mm circular retention channel to hold the cable securely without crushing the jacket.
