Description

- Slot Width & Spacing: Currently set to 6mm slots spaced 12mm apart. Widening the slots makes for an even faster, more airy print.
- Wall Thickness: Built with 3mm walls, balancing speed and durability. Can be thickened for a heavier base.
- Top Sweep: The curved top dip (cut by a 180mm cylinder) can be flattened or deepened depending on the size of the napkins it needs to hold.
- Base Tub: The bottom 15mm is solid to catch crumbs and anchor the napkins securely.

A 1.5 mm side exit channel guides the floss to a sharp, wedged V-notch on the upper rim, allowing for clean tears without requiring a separate metal cutting insert. Dimensions Internal Chamber: 40.5 mm diameter by 12.2 mm deep, accommodating standard 40x12 mm bulk spools. Center Axle: 5 mm diameter, 12 mm tall. Leaving a bowl of vinegar on the counter just means you eventually knock over a bowl of vinegar. This insert replaces the flat lid in a canning ring to turn any jar into a one-way trap Diameter: 84 mm (fits the ring). Depth: 35 mm funnel projection into the jar. Exit Aperture: 4 mm (wide enough to enter, too narrow to navigate back). Printability: The flat face sits on the bed. The funnel tapers upward. Zero supports needed.
Cylindrical Jet Manifold Housing
Standard shower heads never hit from all sides, and piecing together a ring of PVC pipes takes up too much room. This is a monolithic print that surrounds the target with water. The housing has an integrated annular water jacket hidden entirely inside the walls. A standard 3/4-inch male garden hose thread feeds the manifold, which then pressurises an array of flush, radially aligned internal jets. Clearances & Details Internal cavity: 55 mm diameter, ~153 mm depth, open at the base and domed at the top. Wall thickness: Built with 3.5 mm inner and 4.5 mm outer structural walls to hold standard tap pressure. Inlet: 3/4-11.5 NH standard hose thread. Printing: The manifold roof is internally chamfered, allowing it to print upright with zero internal supports.

The split design allows you to install it under cabinets or flat against a wall at whatever width fits your specific brand of towels, while the oversized hubs keep the roll spinning freely without dropping. Specifications Clearance: Designed with a 95mm reach to clear standard and jumbo rolls. Hub Size: 34mm core with a 39mm chamfered retaining lip.
