Description
Holdfast is a single-piece wall bracket for a 28 mm curtain rod. A flat 60x60 mm plate carries a 100 mm arm that ends in an open-top half-round cradle, so the rod drops in from above. A small set screw hole through the front wall of the cradle lets the rod be locked in place once seated.
The cradle is sized at 28.5 mm inside diameter, giving a snug fit around a 28 mm rod without binding. The arm is kept compact and the cradle walls are thick enough to carry a set screw.

A round curtain rod bracket for a 1" rod: a 35 mm base disc with a countersunk centre screw hole, topped by an 18 mm collar with a 29 mm bore. One side of the collar is open so the rod slides in sideways, and a round set-screw hole in the opposite-facing wall locks it in place. Remix hooks Bore (29 mm): a 1" rod is 25.4 mm, so 26 to 27 mm gives a snugger fit. Opening width (26 mm): narrow it to about 22 mm for a snap-in grip, or widen it for easier loading. Opening direction: currently on +X, 90° from the set screw. Rotate it to suit the mounting position. Set-screw hole (4.5 mm): resize for M3, M4 or M5 hardware, or add a nut trap. Collar height (18 mm) and base thickness (3 mm): change for more grip or a sturdier mount. Pairs well with a matching bracket at the other end of the rod.

A small wall shelf that sits flat against the wall and glues on, with no drilling and no screws that miss the stud. The tall back plate gives the adhesive a big flat face, and two triangular gussets stop the front edge from sagging or peeling off. Key numbers Shelf top: 200 mm long x 80 mm deep x 4 mm thick Back plate: 200 x 40 mm, 4 mm thick, flat on the wall side Two gussets, 4 mm thick, each 34 mm tall Print: shelf upright on its back plate or flat on the top, no supports needed with the plate down; PETG or PLA, 3+ perimeters Glue: construction adhesive or mounting tape on the back plate face
A pool noodle end cap that plugs the hole so water, sand and grit stay out of the foam, and the open end stops getting chewed up. The plug uses the same barbed shaft as the noodle connector, so it grips the foam instead of working loose. Key numbers Shaft: 22 mm diameter, 56 mm long, tip chamfered for easy starting Barb rings: four, 28 mm diameter, 14 mm apart, chamfered both sides Head: 70 mm diameter, 8 mm thick, rounded top edge, stops flush against the noodle end Sized for a roughly 25 mm centre hole; foam stretches over the rings Printing Print head-down on the plate, shaft pointing up No supports needed, the ring chamfers handle the overhang PETG or similar; 3 perimeters for stiffer barbs
Push-in cover for a 100 x 59 mm oval opening in 1 mm sheet metal. The front plate is fully closed, with a 3 mm overlap flange all round (106 x 65 mm outer, 2.5 mm thick). A 2 mm wall locating frame (99.4 x 58.4 mm, 5 mm deep) centres the cover in the opening. Four flexible cantilever clips (two per long edge) have tapered lead-ins and 0.8 mm hooks that lock behind the sheet metal. Tool-free install and removal Single solid body, no screws or glue Print flange-side down in PETG or ASA
A clip-on deflector for a 10 x 10 cm ceiling vent. A blade tilted 30° redirects cold air sideways across the room instead of straight down onto a desk. Four spring tabs grip the vent edges and flex over a 5 mm thick lip. What it's for Redirects airflow from a square ceiling vent away from a desk or seat. Mounts without screws or adhesive: the four tabs snap over the vent lip. The blade spans the opening at a fixed 30° angle. Dimensions Frame: 108 x 108 mm outer, 96 x 96 mm opening, 3 mm thick. Spring tabs: four, one per side, 16 mm wide, with a 5.4 mm gap under the hook for a 5 mm lip. Tabs reach about 10.4 mm above the frame base. Blade: 96 mm wide, 2.4 mm thick, tilted 30°. Overall height is about 22.6 mm. Assumes a 100 x 100 mm vent opening with the frame sitting around it. Print notes PETG is the better choice, since the tabs flex and PLA is more likely to snap. Print the frame flat, with its base on the bed. Check the lip thickness on your vent. Adjust the tab gap if it is not 5 mm. Remix ideas Change the blade angle for a steeper or shallower sweep. Make the tabs wider or thicker for a firmer grip. Resize the frame for a different vent size. Add a second blade to split the airflow in two directions.
