Description
Push-in cover for a 100 x 59 mm oval opening in 1 mm sheet metal. The front plate is fully closed, with a 3 mm overlap flange all round (106 x 65 mm outer, 2.5 mm thick).
A 2 mm wall locating frame (99.4 x 58.4 mm, 5 mm deep) centres the cover in the opening. Four flexible cantilever clips (two per long edge) have tapered lead-ins and 0.8 mm hooks that lock behind the sheet metal.

A oversized bobby-pin style clip for keeping sock pairs together in the wash, with a J-shaped hook for hanging on a drying rack. Printed flat as one piece. Remix hooks Wave count and depth: 3 waves at 1.5 mm amplitude. Raise the amplitude for more grip, lower it for a straighter pin. Arm width and thickness: 3.6 mm wide, 4 mm thick. Thinner arms flex more. Opening: 8 mm gap at the bulbed tips, tapering to closed at the top. Widen it for thick socks. Hook radius: 15 mm. Enlarge it for thicker rack rails. Pairs well with a mesh laundry bag. The clip section is 70 mm long and about 15 mm wide. The hook sits above that.
HexGrip is a two-clip press-fit system for building hexagonal shelving from 1/2 in plywood, now designed for plain 90° square-cut panel ends. Each slot ends in a solid stop 5 mm from the vertex centre, so neighbouring panels meet at 120° without colliding and no mitre cuts are needed. Features End Cap Clip: two slots at 120° for outer hexagon corners. Spoke Clip: three slots 120° apart for shared vertices in a hexagon network. Barbed slot walls with about 0.55 mm interference per side: ramped entry, steep faces that resist pull-out. Dimensions Slot width 13.0 mm, depth 19 mm Clip height 24 mm, arm length 30 mm Print notes Prints with the slot opening facing up, no supports needed. A single hexagon uses 12 clips, one on the front and one on the back of each vertex. Print one first to check the fit against your actual plywood thickness.
A cricket calcium duster tube that keeps powder in one end and crickets in the other. Crickets get dusted when the tube is shaken, because the powder passes up through a screen. The fix is a threaded screen collar between the tube and the powder cap, so nothing prints inside the tube. Key numbers (75% scale) Tube: about 56 mm outside diameter, about 115 mm long, walls about 1.9 mm Threads: about 3.75 mm pitch, same thread on all pieces, so the caps are interchangeable Screen collar: 19 round holes, about 4.5 mm each, in a separate print Powder cap: deep cup for powder, threaded only at the rim Stop flanges: on the tube, so caps seat at a fixed depth Printing Prints open end up, no supports needed PETG recommended, 0.28 mm layers, 10 to 15% infill Four separate parts: tube, powder cap, cricket cap, screen collar

Replacement front latch for a STUFF Basic 20 inch toolbox, for when the original hinge loop or hook has snapped. One solid C-profile part, 61 mm wide, with an open clip at the bottom that snaps onto the box pin and a filleted L hook at the top. Key numbers Overall: 61 mm wide, 65 mm tall, 18 mm deep Wall: 5 mm throughout Clip: 5.3 mm bore, 15.3 mm outer diameter, 5 mm gap Hook: 13 mm forward, 5 mm inside fillet, 2 mm outside fillet, 2.5 mm rounded tip Printing Material: PETG Supports: none Orientation: lay it on its 61 mm side so the C-profile faces up
A clip-on deflector for a 10 x 10 cm ceiling vent. A blade tilted 30° redirects cold air sideways across the room instead of straight down onto a desk. Four spring tabs grip the vent edges and flex over a 5 mm thick lip. What it's for Redirects airflow from a square ceiling vent away from a desk or seat. Mounts without screws or adhesive: the four tabs snap over the vent lip. The blade spans the opening at a fixed 30° angle. Dimensions Frame: 108 x 108 mm outer, 96 x 96 mm opening, 3 mm thick. Spring tabs: four, one per side, 16 mm wide, with a 5.4 mm gap under the hook for a 5 mm lip. Tabs reach about 10.4 mm above the frame base. Blade: 96 mm wide, 2.4 mm thick, tilted 30°. Overall height is about 22.6 mm. Assumes a 100 x 100 mm vent opening with the frame sitting around it. Print notes PETG is the better choice, since the tabs flex and PLA is more likely to snap. Print the frame flat, with its base on the bed. Check the lip thickness on your vent. Adjust the tab gap if it is not 5 mm. Remix ideas Change the blade angle for a steeper or shallower sweep. Make the tabs wider or thicker for a firmer grip. Resize the frame for a different vent size. Add a second blade to split the airflow in two directions.
