A bare metal broom top snags on everything, and the mushroom-shaped anchor on a Vileda stick gives a plain hook nothing secure to grab. This replacement end cap sleeves 20 mm down over the sharp top of the stick, then snaps over the anchor on four flexing collet fingers with locking pads. The open hook sits centered over the sleeve so the broom hangs straight on a 27 mm bar, and the flared mouth catches the bar without needing perfect alignment. Fit and print Broomstick: fits a 25.3 mm Vileda stick; the sleeve drops 20 mm over the sharp top edge. Anchor: clears the 13 mm mushroom cap and locks around the 10 mm shaft. The four fingers are 3 mm at their weakest point and taper to 4.5 mm at the base, with a 24 mm relief void and 2 mm slits so they splay outward without binding. Hook: open downward U-channel for a 27 mm bar, not a closed loop; the flared mouth funnels the bar in. Wall: solid plastic separates the flex mechanism from the hook cavity, and the hook sits raised clear of the flex chamber. Printing: lay the 2 mm flat plateau on top of the arch on the bed and print upside down — no supports, the internal ceiling bridges. Feel: the thicker fingers take a firmer push to seat, and hold once they do. Size: 31 mm wide, 63.5 mm deep, 118 mm tall as oriented for printing.

Capstop is a wall-mounted bottle opener built around a simple idea: the cap should not hit the floor. A flat back plate carries a cap-catching lip, and a recess behind the opening holds a disc magnet that grabs the cap as it comes off the bottle. The magnet pocket is sized for a 20 mm diameter, 5 mm thick disc magnet, with a small clearance so it seats without forcing. Two countersunk screw holes let the plate sit flush against the wall. Features Back plate, 60 mm wide and 100 mm tall, with chamfered edges Opener lip with a cap slot, projecting from the front face Magnet recess for a 20 × 5 mm disc magnet, located behind the opener Two countersunk screw holes for wall mounting Slim funnel and removable cup intended to sit below the opener to collect caps Dimensions Plate: 60 × 10 × 100 mm Opener lip: 40 mm wide, 14 mm projection, 8 mm thick Magnet pocket: 20.4 mm diameter, 5.2 mm deep Screw holes: 4.5 mm shank, 9 mm countersink Print notes Print the plate on its back or side; the opener lip prints best flat. PETG or ASA is suggested for durability against repeated cap contact. Secure the magnet with a drop of glue if the wall mount sees heavy use.
CrestHook is an 80 mm S-hook made to bridge a D-ring and whatever needs hanging from it. Two opposing round hooks share the same crest-to-crest length, and each end has a 20 mm opening intended to clear a typical D-ring bar with room to spare. The hook is laid flat for printing, so the layers follow the curve rather than crossing it. Dimensions Overall footprint: 58 × 80 × 8 mm on the print plate Length: 80 mm crest to crest Hook opening: 20 mm at each end Wire section: 6 mm thick × 8 mm tall Print orientation: lies flat on the plate
Holdfast is a single-piece wall bracket for a 28 mm curtain rod. A flat 60x60 mm plate carries a 100 mm arm that ends in an open-top half-round cradle, so the rod drops in from above. A small set screw hole through the front wall of the cradle lets the rod be locked in place once seated. The cradle is sized at 28.5 mm inside diameter, giving a snug fit around a 28 mm rod without binding. The arm is kept compact and the cradle walls are thick enough to carry a set screw. Features 60 x 60 x 5 mm wall plate with chamfered edges Four countersunk screw holes (4.5 mm) for flush mounting 100 mm arm projecting from the plate 28.5 mm half-round cradle, open on top for drop-in rod loading 4.2 mm set screw hole through the cradle, level with the rod centre Print notes Tap the set screw hole by hand or use a self-tapping M4/M5 screw. Print with layers running along the length of the arm, since the arm is only 12 mm thick and works under leverage. Use PETG or a similarly tough material for load-bearing use. A pool noodle end cap that plugs the hole so water, sand and grit stay out of the foam, and the open end stops getting chewed up. The plug uses the same barbed shaft as the noodle connector, so it grips the foam instead of working loose. Key numbers Shaft: 22 mm diameter, 56 mm long, tip chamfered for easy starting Barb rings: four, 28 mm diameter, 14 mm apart, chamfered both sides Head: 70 mm diameter, 8 mm thick, rounded top edge, stops flush against the noodle end Sized for a roughly 25 mm centre hole; foam stretches over the rings Printing Print head-down on the plate, shaft pointing up No supports needed, the ring chamfers handle the overhang PETG or similar; 3 perimeters for stiffer barbs
