Description
Snap-clip mounting frame for a 70 × 108 × 25.5 mm box, with two 20 mm clips joined by a lightweight frame.
Confirm the box measures 70 × 108 × 25.5 mm. It does not suit other sizes without changing the clip spacing and block positions.
The frame is 3 mm thick. It uses two edge rails, three crossbars and a center screw pad, and prints flat on its back.

Push-in cover for a 100 x 59 mm oval opening in 1 mm sheet metal. The front plate is fully closed, with a 3 mm overlap flange all round (106 x 65 mm outer, 2.5 mm thick). A 2 mm wall locating frame (99.4 x 58.4 mm, 5 mm deep) centres the cover in the opening. Four flexible cantilever clips (two per long edge) have tapered lead-ins and 0.8 mm hooks that lock behind the sheet metal. Tool-free install and removal Single solid body, no screws or glue Print flange-side down in PETG or ASA

A oversized bobby-pin style clip for keeping sock pairs together in the wash, with a J-shaped hook for hanging on a drying rack. Printed flat as one piece. Remix hooks Wave count and depth: 3 waves at 1.5 mm amplitude. Raise the amplitude for more grip, lower it for a straighter pin. Arm width and thickness: 3.6 mm wide, 4 mm thick. Thinner arms flex more. Opening: 8 mm gap at the bulbed tips, tapering to closed at the top. Widen it for thick socks. Hook radius: 15 mm. Enlarge it for thicker rack rails. Pairs well with a mesh laundry bag. The clip section is 70 mm long and about 15 mm wide. The hook sits above that.
A cardboard sign corner holder that ends the problem of taping or tacking a sign to the wall. The triangular pocket slips over a corner of 3 mm cardboard, like a photo corner, and the flat back takes a removable adhesive pad. Slot height: 3.4 mm for 3 mm cardboard Leg length: 40 mm per corner Back plate: 2 mm, flat side faces the wall Front lip: 1.6 mm, with a cut-out window Print: flat on the back, no supports, one per corner (4 for a sign)
Closed 108 mm rounded-square cap for an installed round vent grille (about 99 mm body, 108 mm flange), with a dedicated recess over the raised center rib. Fit Fits over: round grille up to about 100 mm, flange up to about 101.5 mm square. Face: 4 mm, fully closed. Cavity: 100.5 mm round, 15 mm clearance above the grille, plus a 24 mm wide channel along X reaching 21 mm clear. Lip: 10 mm deep, 3 mm walls, 102 mm pocket, eight small friction bumps. Check before printing Measure the center rib's height and direction. The channel assumes it runs along X and stays under about 18 mm tall. Not compatible Flanges over 101.5 mm square or grilles wider than 100 mm.
HexGrip is a two-clip press-fit system for building hexagonal shelving from 1/2 in plywood, now designed for plain 90° square-cut panel ends. Each slot ends in a solid stop 5 mm from the vertex centre, so neighbouring panels meet at 120° without colliding and no mitre cuts are needed. Features End Cap Clip: two slots at 120° for outer hexagon corners. Spoke Clip: three slots 120° apart for shared vertices in a hexagon network. Barbed slot walls with about 0.55 mm interference per side: ramped entry, steep faces that resist pull-out. Dimensions Slot width 13.0 mm, depth 19 mm Clip height 24 mm, arm length 30 mm Print notes Prints with the slot opening facing up, no supports needed. A single hexagon uses 12 clips, one on the front and one on the back of each vertex. Print one first to check the fit against your actual plywood thickness.
