Description
A hollow, fully closed cap for a 70 mm desk hole. A 69.6 mm barrel fits the hole and an 86 mm flange sits on the desk surface. Both ends are closed with 3 mm caps, and the interior is left empty to save filament.

A pool noodle end cap that plugs the hole so water, sand and grit stay out of the foam, and the open end stops getting chewed up. The plug uses the same barbed shaft as the noodle connector, so it grips the foam instead of working loose. Key numbers Shaft: 22 mm diameter, 56 mm long, tip chamfered for easy starting Barb rings: four, 28 mm diameter, 14 mm apart, chamfered both sides Head: 70 mm diameter, 8 mm thick, rounded top edge, stops flush against the noodle end Sized for a roughly 25 mm centre hole; foam stretches over the rings Printing Print head-down on the plate, shaft pointing up No supports needed, the ring chamfers handle the overhang PETG or similar; 3 perimeters for stiffer barbs
Push-in cover for a 100 x 59 mm oval opening in 1 mm sheet metal. The front plate is fully closed, with a 3 mm overlap flange all round (106 x 65 mm outer, 2.5 mm thick). A 2 mm wall locating frame (99.4 x 58.4 mm, 5 mm deep) centres the cover in the opening. Four flexible cantilever clips (two per long edge) have tapered lead-ins and 0.8 mm hooks that lock behind the sheet metal. Tool-free install and removal Single solid body, no screws or glue Print flange-side down in PETG or ASA
A bare metal broom top snags, and the mushroom-shaped anchor on a Vileda stick gives a plain hook nothing secure to grab. This replacement end cap sleeves 20 mm down over the sharp top of the stick, then snaps over the anchor with long leaf-spring arms and locking pads. The open hook sits centered over the sleeve so the broom hangs straight on a 27 mm bar, and the flared mouth catches the bar without needing perfect alignment. The hook arch is raised clear of the internal flex chamber, leaving solid plastic between the two cutouts. Fit and print Broomstick: fits a 25.3 mm Vileda stick; the sleeve drops 20 mm over the sharp top edge. Anchor: clears the 13 mm mushroom cap and locks around the 10 mm shaft; the 28 mm tall relief cavity gives the 1.75 mm leaf springs room to flex. Hook: open downward U-channel for a 27 mm bar, not a closed loop; the flared mouth helps catch the bar. Wall: solid plastic separates the flex mechanism from the hook cavity. Printing: lay the 2 mm flat plateau on top of the arch on the bed and print upside down; no supports, internal ceiling bridges. Material: PETG suits the flexing snap mechanism. Size: 31 mm wide, 63.5 mm deep, 118 mm tall as oriented for printing.
Flat slotted vent grill, 10" x 4" with a thickness of 1/4". Two banks of eight through-slots are separated by a center rib for stiffness, inside a solid border. Size: 254 x 101.6 x 6.35 mm Slots: 8 per side, 5 mm wide, 112 mm long, rounded ends Border: about 10 mm solid on the long edges, 15 mm on the ends Print flat, no supports; PETG or ASA suits warm airflow Edges: 4 mm rounded vertical corners
Snap-clip mounting frame for a 70 × 108 × 25.5 mm box, with two 20 mm clips joined by a lightweight frame. Fit Clips sit 108.6 mm apart, inside to inside. Four 20 mm corner blocks locate the box sideways, with 0.3 mm of play per side. Three countersunk screw holes: one in each clip flange and one at the center. Check before printing Confirm the box measures 70 × 108 × 25.5 mm. It does not suit other sizes without changing the clip spacing and block positions. Structure The frame is 3 mm thick. It uses two edge rails, three crossbars and a center screw pad, and prints flat on its back.
