The case features a sloped front panel for mounting a DSN-VC288 volt/amp meter and a generic battery level indicator, positioning them at an ergonomic viewing angle. Outputs: Four 14 mm barrel jacks on the front panel. Inputs: One 14 mm barrel jack and a 17×12 mm power switch cutout on the rear. Internals: A segregated 70×60 mm battery compartment with retaining walls. Assembly: Four M3 corner bosses meant for heat-set inserts, securing a drop-on top plate.
5/16x14 Cue Joint Protectors
A matched set of joint protectors for pool cues using the 5/16x14 piloted joint standard, heavily used by Schon and similar makers. Includes a female cap to protect the exposed butt pin, and a male plug to seal the shaft insert. Both feature fluted outside edges for easy threading and unthreading. Remix Hooks Cue Diameter: Default is 21.5mm OD. Thicker cues might want 22mm; older cues might sit closer to 21.2mm. Clearance: The female thread (butt protector) is oversized by 0.6mm, and the male pin undersized by 0.2mm to survive FDM printing tolerances. Dial these in depending on your printer's flow rate. Pilot Recess: The butt protector has a 13.5mm diameter x 3.5mm deep recess to clear a standard Schon pilot collar. Grip Profile: The 4mm semi-circle edge flutes can easily be swapped for a knurled mask or flat-cut hex sides.
Domed 10-Inch Kicker Grill
A heavy-duty 10-inch subwoofer grill featuring six interwoven 1/2-inch round bars. The bars rise into a central dome for maximum excursion clearance, with the outer bars plunging smoothly along a spherical radius to anchor seamlessly into the mounting ring. 32mm Desk Headphone Hook
Under-desk headphone hook with an integrated C-clamp, scaled specifically for a standard 32mm tabletop. Fitment Host: Fits flat desk edges up to 34mm thick. The jaw gap is fixed at 36mm to allow clearance. Adjustment: The included M10x1.5 thumbscrew threads through the bottom jaw, securing the clamp to panels as thin as 19mm. Orientation: Designed to be printed flat on its side. The internal threads print horizontally, which requires decent part cooling but yields the strongest layer orientation for the clamp arms.
60mm Functional Open Differential
A complete 60mm mechanical open differential and display stand. It separates the internal components—four spider gears on a central cross, two side gears, and a carrier housing—exactly as they sit in a full-scale axle. The carrier housing splits cleanly in half to accept the cross and side gears, bolting together to secure the assembly. Three hex-driven input and output axles press-fit into the gears, allowing you to turn the pinion by hand and watch the side gears rotate independently through the spider gear array. Assembly Notes Hardware: Requires four standard M3 screws to clamp the carrier halves together. The lower carrier is sized for self-tapping, while the top has clearance holes and countersinks. Gears: The bevel gears are toleranced for FDM with an 0.4mm nozzle. Press the three hex axles into the pinion and the two side gears. Stand: The entire assembled carrier and pinion assembly drops into the U-slots on the display stand. No glue required.

A desktop peripheral awakened for a tabletop campaign. This miniature re-imagines an ergonomic computer mouse as an upright spellcaster golem. The chassis stands vertically on its wrist rest, using the left and right click plates as heavy armor over the "face". A scroll wheel serves as the glowing focus eye, while a rigid USB cable acts as a wizard's staff. Tooling Notes Designed specifically for simple two-part injection molding. The entire back half is cast completely flat. All protruding elements (hat brim, staff) are anchored flush or drafted to eliminate undercuts on a front-to-back pull.
Simple 2-Inch Cylinder
A heavy-duty 2-inch diameter puck, built exactly 1 inch thick. It's a completely blank slate standing by for its real job, complete with 1 mm chamfers on the top and bottom edges so it prints cleanly without an elephant's foot. Remix Hooks Dimensions: 50.8 mm diameter, 25.4 mm height. Add a center hole: Subtract a cylinder to turn this into a heavy-duty spacer. An integrated kickstand prints directly inside the rear plate, requiring no secondary assembly or hardware. Two-Speed Constant Mesh Gearbox
A build-it-yourself, chunky two-speed constant-mesh transmission designed for clear mechanical demonstration. All gears and shafts are laid out flat for straightforward printing. Design Features Two-Speed Setup: Includes a 15-tooth and 25-tooth spur gear arrangement. Constant Mesh: The gears are always engaged. A sliding dog clutch (the purple slider) locks the freely spinning gears to the output shaft to change the ratio. Assembly: Parts drop onto the base frame's posts. The high gear goes on the top of the output shaft (pocket facing down), the low gear goes on the bottom (pocket facing up), and the slider sits in between them on the hex shaft.
