Two-Speed Constant Mesh Gearbox
A build-it-yourself, chunky two-speed constant-mesh transmission designed for clear mechanical demonstration. All gears and shafts are laid out flat for straightforward printing. Design Features Two-Speed Setup: Includes a 15-tooth and 25-tooth spur gear arrangement. Constant Mesh: The gears are always engaged. A sliding dog clutch (the purple slider) locks the freely spinning gears to the output shaft to change the ratio. Assembly: Parts drop onto the base frame's posts. The high gear goes on the top of the output shaft (pocket facing down), the low gear goes on the bottom (pocket facing up), and the slider sits in between them on the hex shaft.
Fence post spacer
A straightforward set of square alignment spacers built to be stacked or swapped easily. Instead of dropping flush where you can't reach them, each spacer features a T-shaped grip tab extending out the front. Base: 20.3mm × 20.3mm Heights: 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, and 50mm Grip: Smooth, fully-rounded T-profile that sits centered on the edge The grip is 4.5mm thick across the board, offset just enough on the thinnest 5mm spacer to clear the plate. If you need a bolt hole cored through the center or a slot to make them slide-on U-shims, those are easy cuts to add.
Expanded Metric Thread Gauge
A benchtop reference block for identifying standard metric coarse threads. Contains female threads from M3 to M14. Specifications Range: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M14 Style: Internal threads for checking bolts Tolerances: Threads are modeled with internal clearance to account for typical FDM printing expansion, allowing bolts to thread smoothly without post-processing tap runs.

Bearing Housings: Included clamping blocks designed for standard 608RS bearings (with integrated crush ribs for a tight fit). Rod Adapters: Collar sleeves step the 8mm bearing inner diameter down to a 5mm rod. Motor Tensioning: The NEMA 17 faceplate has 10mm of slotted travel to easily tension the timing belt.

Packout M18 Router Insert
What it's for A custom drop-in tray engineered to convert a half-section of a Standard Milwaukee Packout Organizer into a dedicated M18 router station. It features a contoured cradle for the router body with its battery attached, a wide pocket for the base plate, a large accessory bay for the edge guide and wrench, and a 12-slot storage grid for 1/4-inch shank router bits. Scalloped finger pulls make it easy to lift the router out. Dimensions Footprint: 280 mm × 200 mm Height: 60 mm Bit Storage: 12 holes, 7.2 mm diameter (for easy clearance of standard 1/4" shanks) Print notes Given the large 280 mm length, this will require a reasonably large print bed. A robust infill (15–20% gyroid) is recommended to support the weight of the tool. The design rests entirely flat on the build plate and requires no supports.

Detailer's Triptych Vacuum Set
A custom trio of detailing tools designed specifically for the standard 35mm friction-fit wands found on most Karcher wet/dry workshop vacuums. Each piece serves a distinct stage of an automotive deep clean. The set features: The Crevice Tool (Red): Extended and sharply angled to slip between seats and center consoles. The Wide Nozzle (Blue): Flared to 80mm with a shallow scraping edge, ideal for lifting stubborn dirt from floor mats and broad upholstery. The Detailing Spot Nozzle (Green): Narrowly focused into a 16mm tip for intense, localized suction inside cup holders, vents, and door pockets. Designed to print without supports—just drop them on the bed vertically.
Eccentric Cam Twist-Lock Prototype
A three-piece prototype demonstrating an internal cam-based locking mechanism for telescoping poles. The inner tube carries an eccentric spool on its tip; twisting the handle forces the captive cam outward against the walls of the outer tube to lock the extension at any length. Mechanism Notes Offset: The spool is offset by 1.5 mm, which translates to a full lock within roughly a 15 to 20-degree twist. Guide Rail: The outer tube features an internal rail. The cam is slotted to ride this rail (preventing it from turning), while the inner tube has a wide 90-degree channel cut out so it can rotate freely past the rail. Assembly: Slide the inner tube up through the outer tube until the spool clears the top, snap the cam onto the spool sideways via its keyhole slot, and pull the whole assembly back down into the housing.

Acrylic Sliding Channel Clip
This low-profile edge clip is designed to hold a 0.093" (2.4mm) acrylic sheet flush against a flat surface. Rather than fixing the panel in place, the clip features an open track, allowing you to use multiple clips to build a sliding channel. Remix variables: Acrylic Thickness: Currently set for a 2.6mm gap to allow a 0.093" sheet to slide freely without binding. Overlap: 8mm lip reach. Mounting: Uses an M3 socket head screw, featuring a 3mm slotted channel to let you fine-tune the clamping pressure against the panel during install. Ideal for easily removable 3D printer enclosures, sliding doors, or modular dust covers.

Skalen: CM oben, EU-Größen unten, nach außen gerückt für bessere Ablesbarkeit.
Dust Extractor Static Turbine
Nothing stops a project faster than trying to perfectly align a separate impeller core inside a printed housing while the glue dries. This design builds the stator directly into the pipeline — a single solid print where the central shaft is locked to the walls via mid-body struts. The blades are pitched to guide airflow and trimmed completely flush with the adapter's inner taper, so there's no risk of them breaching the outer shell. Dimensions & Setup Total Height: 140 mm Shaft Diameter: 12 mm Blade Setup: 6 angled blades at the 4-inch base, 6 more at the 2-inch top. Mounting: 3 stationary support struts across the transition zone. Printing Note: Built as a single solid part (stator). If used for dust extraction, printing in PETG is recommended to handle the abrasion from chips.

Brymen BM789 Multimeter Desk Stand
A dedicated desk stand for the Brymen BM789 multimeter. The stand pitches the meter back at 30 degrees from vertical for bench readability. Crucially, the BM789 routes its test leads from the bottom face—so the lower lip and base plate feature a 65mm-wide central clearance channel. The meter sits on the outer shelves of the tray while the leads drop straight through to the desk. Fitment checks Width: Internal clearance is 95mm (BM789 in holster is ~89mm wide). Depth: Internal tray depth is 55mm (BM789 in holster is ~51mm). Jacks: The 65mm U-channel easily clears the standard 4-jack spread. Compatibility: Will fit other meters with bottom jacks provided their holstered footprint is under 95x55mm.
