XB6 Gateway Vented Fan Shell
A widened shell and cooling lid for the Comcast/Rogers XB6 gateway, expanding the footprint to actively cool the board. The original individual rear ports have been cleared out for a single, large 100x120mm IO cutout at the base, meaning it drops directly over the board without binding on the varying jack alignments between the Arris and Technicolor revisions. Dimensions Host Footprint: The case footprint has been widened to 135x135mm to cleanly seat a standard 120mm PC case fan without overhang. Split E-Reader Folio Case
A 3D-printable protective case sized perfectly for the PocketBook Touch HD 3. The e-reader slides into a retaining tray from the top edge. The front cover wraps around the front and snaps onto the side edge of the tray with a friction clasp, keeping the screen fully shielded in transit. Bottom cutouts ensure access to the power button and charging port. Printing & Assembly Separated Plates: The front and back shells are separate objects, so they fit nicely on smaller printers (like an A1 Mini). Just use your slicer's "Split to Objects" function and move one half to a second plate. Hinge Pin: Included is a flat-bottomed hinge pin. I inverted the model so the blowing edge sits perfectly flat on the build plate—this guarantees a smooth lip interface and allows the entire instrument to print without a single support structure. Acoustics Scale: C-Major (C6, D6, E6, F6, G6, A6, B6, C7). Bore: 10mm internal diameter. Edge: Chamfered internally at the top to break the sharp corner. Print notes Print it exactly as oriented. The flat top faces the bed, and the closed ends of the pipes will be bridged internally. The 10mm bridges are small enough that any standard material will span them cleanly. Ensure your bed adhesion is dialled in, as the entire instrument rests on the rims of the pipes.
