A 0.4mm nozzle will catch most of the geometry, but stepping down to a 0.25mm nozzle or using resin is where details like the 0.8mm bolt holes and 0.4mm vents will actually resolve. Remixing These are baseline primitives. You can easily alter them by combining files: Scale: Uniform scaling up by 200% makes them suitable for standard 1:12 or 1:24 scale props. Vents and Ribs: The spacing on the vents (1.2mm) and ribs (1.5mm) can be tightened if you are printing on a high-resolution SLA machine. Bases: The 0.5mm and 0.6mm base plates can be stretched independently to form longer mounting strips before placing the mechanical features.
