HC-SR04 & M3 Robot Head Prototype
The main sensor and display housing for the AuraZex prototype. Built in two halves for flat-on-bed FDM printing, the front shell handles all structural mounting while the rear acts as a removable service panel. Interface Checklist Sensors: Dual 16.5mm bores on 26mm centers (fits standard HC-SR04 ultrasonic modules). Display: 50x25mm recess with an integrated 2mm interior lip (46x21mm through-hole) to seat a rigid screen. Base Mount: 30x30mm rectangular feed-through, surrounded by an M3 four-hole bolt pattern (44x36mm spacing). Shifted off-center to clear the split line. Assembly: Two integrated 4mm alignment pins. Requires four M3x15mm screws to fasten the rear service panel. Verify your neck bracket matches the 44x36mm M3 pattern before printing.
Cylindrical Jet Manifold Housing
Standard shower heads never hit from all sides, and piecing together a ring of PVC pipes takes up too much room. This is a monolithic print that surrounds the target with water. The housing has an integrated annular water jacket hidden entirely inside the walls. A standard 3/4-inch male garden hose thread feeds the manifold, which then pressurises an array of flush, radially aligned internal jets. Clearances & Details Internal cavity: 55 mm diameter, ~153 mm depth, open at the base and domed at the top. Wall thickness: Built with 3.5 mm inner and 4.5 mm outer structural walls to hold standard tap pressure. Inlet: 3/4-11.5 NH standard hose thread. Printing: The manifold roof is internally chamfered, allowing it to print upright with zero internal supports.
jet reducer nipp
Mismatched pipe threads stop a plumbing job dead in its tracks. Instead of chaining together three different brass adapters and hoping they don't leak, this straight-shots a 1 1/4" male line into a 1 3/4" female fitting. The threads are cut straight (NPS style) with FDM clearance built in, so you will need a healthy wrap of Teflon tape to force a watertight seal. Total Length: 3 inches (76.2 mm) Wrench Flats: 60 mm across, giving a solid grip for a large adjustable spanner. Bore: 32 mm internal channel. Threads: ~11.5 TPI pitch, heavily offset to prevent layer-binding on FDM prints.
