240L Bin Magnetic Actuator Prototype
This prototype mechanism tests the internal magnetic actuation for the 9750 lock standard, intended for 240L wheelie bins. It converts a transverse external magnetic pull into 18 mm of axial bolt retraction. Fitment and Clearances Bolt Engagement: The locking bolt extends 15 mm past the housing, crossing a 5 mm lid gap to provide 10 mm of positive engagement inside the lid catch. Lid Tolerance: The transverse actuator carrier features a 5 mm straight channel at the end of its cam slot. This mechanical dead-zone absorbs up to 4 mm of vertical lid rattle without back-driving the mechanism or stressing the carrier. Magnet Sizing: The actuator carrier accepts a 10 mm diameter button magnet. You will need a strong neodymium key on the exterior of the housing to pull the carrier across its 12 mm track. Return Spring: The rear pocket is dimensioned for a standard 6 mm OD compression spring (35 mm uncompressed length). No external linkages or keyways are exposed. To open, the magnetic key is swiped horizontally against the housing's right flank, drawing the carrier across and forcing the bolt's pin down the retraction ramp.
Threaded Spoke Magnet Clamp
A zero-hardware, print-in-place clamp for mounting a 10x4mm cylindrical magnet to an e-bike spoke, designed for velocity sensors. The two-piece assembly uses an M16x2 thread to clamp directly over the spoke, trapping the magnet inside the cap and requiring no glue or screws. Magnet Pocket: Sized at 10.1mm to 10.6mm taper to account for ASA shrinkage, with a direct drop-in channel. Spoke Clearance: The slot accommodates standard bicycle spokes, self-centering as the cap is tightened. Standoff: The cap body is exactly 15mm long to position the sensor face properly. Material: Designed for ASA or PETG for outdoor UV and temperature resistance. No supports needed.
Pour-Over Stand with Sight Window
Pouring hot water blind into a ceramic cylinder guarantees an overflow exactly when you look away. This stand holds the dripper independently and cuts a viewing arch straight through the front wall, letting you watch the liquid level hit the rim before it floods the counter. Clearance: 90 mm of vertical space inside the cylinder. Dripper Seat: Sized to hold a standard 100 mm cone base. Sight Arch: 40 mm wide front cutout for fill monitoring. Round Attachments: Sized for one 48.3 mm, two 40 mm, and one 27 mm base. Reduction Nozzles: Two slots dimensioned for 6.1 × 17 mm rectangular necks, sitting exactly 15 mm deep. Extras: Dedicated 36 mm slot for a spare filter and a generous rectangular pocket for the charging cable.
Armored Clamshell Card Lockbox
A heavily constructed, clamshell-style box dimensioned for credit cards, IDs, and a bit of folded cash. The hinge is designed to print completely flat without supports, using a captive hook-and-pin mechanism. To assemble it, hold the lid straight up at a 90-degree angle and drop the hooks down onto the base pins. Once you swing it closed, the hooks wrap around the pins and are physically trapped by the back wall of the base—it cannot be pried apart at the hinge while closed. Design Notes Hinge: Captive 90-degree drop-in hooks. Locking Interface: Heavy stacked front tabs with a 6.5mm hole for standard small luggage padlocks. Internal Clearance: Sized for standard credit cards (85.6 x 53.98 mm) with generous margins. Printability: Both halves print perfectly flat on the bed, requiring absolutely no supports.
Shelf Pin Drill Guide Jig
A low-profile template for drilling perfectly spaced 5mm adjustable shelf pin holes. Features a 5mm base plate to minimize material use, with 30mm tall tapered bosses to fully support standard metal drill guide bushings. Oversized Parts Scoop
Small hardware scattered on a flat surface is impossible to pinch, and bending down to chase it is worse. This oversized vertical scoop slides forward to trap rogue pieces against the back wall so they can be lifted away cleanly. The handle has been hollowed out from the top, allowing it to slip over a dowel or tool if you need to extend its reach further. 90-Degree Support Test
A classic calibration block for dialing in support interfaces and gap distances. It features a hard 90-degree cantilever that forces the slicer to generate supports from the base plate up to the underside of the overhang. Remix Hooks Unsupported Span: Currently spans 30mm into thin air. Easy to extend if you want to test wider support areas. Clearance Height: The gap is 30mm tall. If your supports tend to fail on taller prints, we can raise the pillar. Contact Area: The overhang is 10mm wide. Scaling this on the Y-axis tests how your supports handle wider, heavier layers.

TIG Filler Wire Tube v2
What it's for A multi-part modular storage tube designed specifically for 250 mm TIG filler wire. It features a sealed bottom section, an open top cap section, and an unlimited-stacking extension section, allowing custom lengths for different cut sizes or un-cut filler wire rods. Dimensions Length per section: 250 mm Internal diameter: 10 mm Wall thickness: 4 mm (18 mm outer diameter) Assembly All pieces thread together directly. You can print multiple extension sections if you need to double or triple the total length for standard 36-inch (914 mm) filler wire rods. No supports required.
Modular Welder Wire Tube
Nothing ruins a weld like dirty or bent filler wire that's been sliding around loose in a drawer. This segmented tube holds filler rod securely and expands as needed. The base piece is capped at the bottom so the wire doesn't fall through, while the top and extension pieces are hollow collars to give you as much length as you require. Sizing and Printing Capacity: 10 mm internal bore, giving plenty of room for standard wire. Length: Each section is 200 mm tall. A base and top gives you 390 mm of internal storage. Add extensions for longer rods. Printing: These are tall and narrow. Use a generous brim to keep them anchored to the build plate so they don't tip during the final thread passes.

Circular Floor Reacher
A solid floor reacher designed to slide under scattered objects. The head features a wide flat base with a 180-degree raised wall around the back and sides, naturally corralling items as you sweep them inward. A reinforced boss anchors the stick at a standard sweeping angle, topped with a comfortable T-handle. Remix Hooks This design is a structural starting point. The current parameters fit diagonally onto a standard print bed, but it is built to be adjusted: Stick Length (stick_length): Currently set to 220mm for printability. If you have a larger bed or intend to splice it, bump this up to 600mm+. Head Diameter (head_od): Set at 120mm. Widen it for sweeping larger debris, or shrink it to navigate tight corners. Handle Angle (stick_angle): Sits at 45 degrees. A steeper angle (e.g., 60 degrees) works better if you plan to make it a true standing-height tool. Modular Swap: A quick remix could replace the printed stick with a 22mm socket to accept a standard wooden broom handle instead.

Tapered Silicone Depth Stopper

This canopy adds an intricate eight-fold radial bas-relief across the visible face, drawing the eye away from ceiling imperfections.
