Baluster Drill Jig
A precise drill guide for 1.375-inch square balusters. Centers a 3/8-inch bore perfectly in the end grain. Features an open-corner skirt that drops down two inches to grip the baluster on all four sides, ensuring plumb alignment while letting you easily verify the jig is seated fully against the wood. The center windows in the tabs save print time and reduce material waste. Printing Fitment The internal bore is modeled with clearance for a 3/8-inch bit so it spins freely without melting the plastic, and the skirt has 0.5mm total clearance to slip cleanly over milled lumber. Cricket Calcium Duster Tube With Inner Screen
A cricket calcium duster tube that keeps powder in one end and crickets in the other. Crickets get dusted when the tube is shaken, because the powder passes up through a screen. The fix is a threaded screen collar between the tube and the powder cap, so nothing prints inside the tube. Screw-Through Dowel Shelf Bracket
A two-part wall bracket for holding a 13 mm wooden dowel, intended as a filament spool shelf. A narrow wall plate carries a ledge that takes the vertical load, and a separate flat-printed arm rests on that ledge. One screw passes through the arm's back flange and the wall plate into the wall, locking the two parts together. The screw head sits in a recess in the arm. Triple Spool Wire Dispenser
A desktop dispenser for keeping hookup wire and solder from turning into a bird's nest. It runs three separate spools on a shared drop-in rod, with individual funnel-shaped feed holes so the lines pull smoothly without catching. Printed spacer washers sit between the spools to keep them turning independently. Remix Hooks & Starting Dimensions The Rod: The printed shaft sits at 7.6mm to clear the 8.5mm U-slots, but the obvious durability upgrade is swapping it out for a standard 8mm aluminum tube or wooden dowel. Spool Capacity: The internal bay is 115mm wide and easily clears spools up to 60mm in diameter. If you are using wider spools, the main block width is the parameter to stretch. Feed Clearances: The front guides are built from 4mm cylinders that widen to 10mm funnels on the inner wall. Bump the 4mm base diameter up if you are pulling heavy-gauge wire or thick heat shrink.

Kawasaki z1100 bar end mirror handle bar adaptors
A threaded adapter that steps an M18x1 fine-pitch external thread down to an M6x1 internal thread, made for fitting bar end mirrors to the handlebars of a Kawasaki Z1100. The stud is 16 mm tall with no flange, and a 10 mm hex socket in the base lets it be driven in with an Allen key. Remix hooks Hex socket size and depth: 10 mm across flats, 5 mm deep. A deeper socket (7 mm was the earlier value) grips a key better but leaves less solid material around the M6 thread. Change the across-flats value to match a different key. Overall height: 16 mm. Taller gives the mirror stem more thread to bite into; shorter reduces how far it protrudes from the bar end. Thread fit: both threads are modelled at nominal size. FDM usually needs 0.1–0.2 mm of adjustment on the M18x1 outside and the M6x1 inside, so print a short test ring first. Add a stop: there is no flange, so insertion depth is set by feel. A thin collar or a shoulder on the mating part would give a hard stop. Pairs with: a lock nut or thread-locking compound on the M6 side to keep a mirror from backing out under vibration. The skull, webs, bats, cross and lettering print in white PLA and plug into sockets in the stone, so nothing relies on glue alone for position. Numbers that decide fit Assembled size: about 160 mm tall, 90 mm wide, 35 mm deep (pedestal 90 × 35 × 22 mm; stone 80 × 18 mm, arch radius 40 mm). Stone-to-pedestal joint: two rectangular tenons, 8 × 10 mm and 12 mm long, at offset positions so the stone only goes in one way.
