E-Paper Desk Enclosure
A two-part desktop enclosure built to house a Waveshare 4.2-inch e-paper display and an ESP32 microcontroller. The back housing acts as a weighted wedge stand, providing a 23-degree viewing angle when resting on its bottom face. The enclosure is designed to print face-down without supports. A dedicated recessed ledge holds the display panel flush against the front bezel, while the deeper lower pocket provides clearance for the ESP32 and wiring. Display Window: 86 x 65 mm (suits standard 4.2" active area) Internal Clearances: 4.5 mm depth for the screen module, 26 mm depth in the lower pocket for the ESP32 Hardware: Assembles using four M3 screws through the countersunk front bezel Cable Access: 16 x 12 mm side cutout aligns with the ESP32 pocket for USB power
Terraced House Front with Quoins
Naked corners on a model building always look unfinished and make it impossible to hide the seam when you butt it up against a side wall. I've added alternating quoin stones up both edges that wrap the full thickness of the part to cap it off. Build Details Scale: OO Gauge (4mm to 1ft) Dimensions: 64mm wide × 72mm high × 3mm wall depth. Fit: Quoins extend back to the Z=0 plane and overhang the sides by 0.2mm to overlap any adjacent pieces nicely.

12.5mm Inline Hose Dripper
Inline irrigation dripper designed to couple standard 1/2-inch UK garden hose (12.5mm internal diameter) while bleeding off a controlled amount of water. Fitment Specs Hose Standard: 1/2" ID (12.5mm) UK garden hose (Hozelock / generic compatible). Barb Profile: 14.5mm peak expanding from a 12.0mm base. Designed for a heavy friction fit. Bore: 9mm internal through-bore to maintain pressure to downstream emitters. Emitters: Twelve 1.5mm radial ports in the central block. Clamp the hose directly over the barbs until it seats fully against the 16mm central shoulder. Depending on your local water pressure and the softness of the hose, standard Jubilee clips (hose clamps) are required to prevent blow-off under pressure.
Under-Desk Flat Headphone Hanger
What it's for A screw-mounted under-desk hook designed to hold over-ear headphones without damaging them. Features a wide, flat rest area shaped like a shallow U to prevent denting or creasing the headband pad during storage. Dimensions Headband rest width: 35mm Drop depth: 25mm Overall thickness: 40mm Mounting holes: Dual countersunk points for standard wood screws Print notes Keep the model oriented flat on its side on the build plate. This ensures the layer lines run continuously along the length of the hook, maximizing strength and preventing it from snapping under the weight of the headphones. Remix ideas Extend the rest width for extra-wide audiophile headbands. Modify the mounting bracket to accommodate double-sided mounting tape instead of screws. Add cable-routing clips to the side of the stem.
Absolute Zero Rocket Engine
Standard rocket bells have a nasty habit of melting into slag the second you hit full throttle, while the exhaust plume tears itself apart on the lower lip. This engine solves the heat. The upper combustion chamber is wrapped in a heavy cryogenic manifold system built to flash-freeze the core down to absolute zero, keeping the walls intact. Down at the base, rings of micro-vents bleed off the boundary layer to stabilize the exhaust plume before it exits. Footprint: 70mm diameter at the widest point of the bell. Height: 101mm tall overall. Mounting: Features a flat 44mm top collar, ready to fuse or glue to your fuselage. Printing: Generates upright as a single piece. The wide bell base acts as its own platform, so you shouldn't need supports for the main curve.
Threaded Dual Incense Cases
Slip-fit caps always pop open exactly when you drop the case on the floor, scattering thin brittle sticks everywhere. I swapped the friction fit for a short threaded section — just three coarse turns so it secures fast but doesn't take all day to unscrew. Sizing and Fit Short Case: Fits standard 5.25" (133mm) sticks with a couple of millimetres to spare. Long Case: Fits 8.75" (222mm) sticks. Threads: 3mm pitch, 9mm length. Prints fine without supports, but don't over-tighten on the first test fit until the threads wear in.

3/4" to 1/2" Reducer Spout
A custom utility reducer built to bridge a 3/4” threaded plumbing fitting (like a standard SharkBite threaded end) down to a narrow spout. Features of this adapter: Base Interface: 3/4" female straight pipe threads (14 TPI) intended to accept a standard plumbing fitting. An O-ring or plenty of thread tape is recommended to ensure a watertight seal since 3D-printed threads don't compress quite like brass. Transition: A sturdy 15mm tapered funnel to keep the fluid flow smooth. Spout: A 2-inch (50.8mm) long extension with a rigid 1/2-inch (12.7mm) outer diameter, chamfered at the tip for easy hose insertion.
Monolithic Pirate Galleon Toy
A monolithic, stylized galleon designed as a rugged desk piece or toy. It features a sweeping flat-bottomed hull, stepped decks, three heavy masts, and rigid furled sails. The main sail carries a raised skull-and-crossbones emblem. Features: Hull Design: Broad midship and flared stern to minimize tipping. Armament: Ten fixed broadside cannons port and starboard. Rigging: Rigid 10-degree tilted sails and solid yardarms. Printability: Single-piece construction. Sails and masts are thick enough to self-support during standard FDM extrusion.
Earbud Box For Jeans Pockets
Loose wired earbuds turn into a solid knot the second they drop into a pocket. This earbud box stops the cord from tangling by wrapping it around a central post, and it is built flat enough to slip into a jeans pocket without jabbing your leg. Dimensions: 60x40x15mm overall footprint. Spool: 25x8mm central pillar leaves a clean track for standard cable wrapping. Lid: Friction-fit flange features side thumb cutouts to give you leverage when prying it open.

BindHold — VP Notebook Clip
A purpose-built side-mounted clip that marries a Pilot Vanishing Point fountain pen to the hard cover of a Leuchtturm1917 notebook. The Pilot VP is significantly thicker and heavier than standard pens, so universal clips often fail to hold it securely. This design uses a thick-walled C-clamp styled barrel holder sized explicitly for the VP's diameter, allowing the pen to snap in firmly without scratching the finish. The notebook side slides over the rigid back cover with a flared entry throat to prevent tearing the endpaper. Features Tailored Fit: The 13.8mm inner diameter is specifically calibrated to grip the thick barrel of the Vanishing Point securely. Low Profile: The inner wall sits flush at 1.6mm thick, preventing an awkward bump under the pages when writing on the left side of the notebook. Snap Access: The C-ring opening is calibrated to flex just enough to admit the pen from the side, while wrapping far enough around to prevent accidental drops. Flared Entry: The notebook slot tapers open at the insertion point, guiding the hard cover in smoothly.

Pepper Grinder Funnel
A custom-fit funnel designed specifically for filling pepper grinders without spilling. The spout is sized at 29mm to comfortably clear a 31mm fill hole, while the wide bowl catches everything you pour in. Features: Steep Bowl Angle: Designed so whole peppercorns slide down easily without jamming. Wide Spout: The 25mm internal diameter allows large peppercorns to pass freely. Compact Height: Kept to 58mm overall, fitting easily into crowded kitchen drawers. Support-Free: The overhang angle allows it to print cleanly without supports in either orientation (though printing it upside-down on the wide bowl is recommended for bed adhesion).
Compact Razor Blade Bank
A compact, two-part disposal bank for spent safety razor blades. The footprint is minimized to fit standard double-edge blades exactly, taking up minimal counter or drawer space. Overall dimensions: 55x30x25mm Slot size: 45x2.5mm Clearance: 0.2mm tolerance on the flush-fitting lid Assembly: Print both parts flat on the bed; the lid plugs directly into the base

AeroFocus — 120mm Fan Nozzle
Transform a standard 120mm desk fan from a scattered breeze into a targeted, high-velocity stream of air. The AeroFocus nozzle snaps directly over the fan's front grille rim, catching the broad output and compressing it through a smooth lofted channel. By necking the airflow down to a concentrated rectangular slot, it accelerates the breeze exactly where it is needed—perfect for keeping cool without scattering everything else on the desk. Dimensions Base Interface: 120.5mm internal clearance for a friction fit over standard 120mm fan grilles. Outlet Snout: 40mm x 18mm focused rectangular slot. Throw Distance: Extends 60mm forward from the collar to concentrate the airflow. Print Notes Orientation: Prints standing vertically on its base collar. Support-free: The converging loft angle is steep enough to bridge cleanly without any added support structures.
Wall Vent Fan Adapter
A custom transition duct that connects a rectangular wall vent to a round inline fan port. The geometry funnels air 90 degrees upward into the fan while maintaining a smooth internal path to minimize turbulence and noise. Features included: Inlet: 360x210mm rectangular opening with a flat back. Outlet: 157mm internal diameter socket positioned 116mm outward and 250mm high. Mounting: Six countersunk holes for #6 wood screws on the top and side flanges. Sealing: Integrated channels for foam tape on the rear of the flange and the underside of the bottom foot.
Inline Fan Duct Adapter
A large, wedge-shaped adapter designed to redirect airflow from a standard rectangular wall vent up into a wall-mounted inline duct fan. Wall Interface: Features a 400x230mm mounting flange that sits flat against the wall, dropping flush onto a concrete footing at the base for structural support. Airflow Path: Converges a 360x210mm rectangular intake into a 6-inch (157mm ID) straight-sided vertical socket. All internal corners are filleted to prevent sharp airflow turns, minimizing stall and turbulence noise. Sealing: Includes an 8mm foam tape channel around the back of the flange and a 12mm channel under the bottom foot to ensure a tight seal against both drywall and concrete. Mounting: Six countersunk holes for #6 wood screws keep the fastener heads flush with the internal flow path.
90-Degree Vent Scoop
A duct transition scoop designed to pull air horizontally from a rectangular wall vent and direct it straight up into a 6-inch inline duct fan. Sizing and Interface Wall Vent Opening: Fits over a 360mm × 210mm exhaust. Flange Size: 430mm × 250mm, featuring recessed tracks for 12mm wide foam weatherstripping. Top Socket: 157mm ID female slip-fit, sized for standard 6-inch ducting hardware. Hardware: Counterbored for #6 wood screws to anchor securely.

Garage Vent to 6-Inch Adapter
A custom 2-part venting adapter designed to connect a 360x210mm drywall vent gap to a standard 6-inch exhaust duct. Two-Part Assembly: Splits perfectly down the middle with a 10mm external flat flange for easy gluing. Tapered Male Fitting: Connects securely inside standard 6-inch ducting. Support-Free Print: Internal lofts are designed to print cleanly with no supports while encouraging laminar exhaust flow. Mounting Integration: Six #6 screw holes for securing to drywall, with an extended bottom footing to rest cleanly on a garage concrete foundation.
Slotted Square Post Soap Dish
A rectangular soap dish engineered to prevent bar soap from dissolving prematurely. The design features a raised grid of posts and integrated drainage slots to ensure constant air circulation and immediate water runoff. What it's for Elevates bar soap to keep it dry between uses. Prevents soap from turning into mush by mid-week. Provides unimpeded drainage through base slots. Dimensions Overall size: 114 mm × 78 mm × 15 mm. Support posts: 5 mm square, 8 mm tall. Grid spacing: 12 mm pitch. Drainage slots: 4 mm wide, running parallel between post columns. Remix ideas Scale the footprint to accommodate oversized artisan soap bars. Adjust the wall height to create a deeper basin or a flatter tray. Change the base thickness to fit specific sink ledges or ridges.
Aneafterdark
A playful, lounge-style text graphic combining flowing typography with bold late-night motifs. The pieces currently sit as distinct flat elements — ready to be positioned, stacked, or merged into a new frame. Remix Hooks Backing: The backplate was stripped out. Add a new backing to hold the floating parts together, or print them separately to glue to a wall or board. Elements: The moon, star, and horned heart are independent blocks that can be shifted around or swapped out. Typography: The text uses the Berkshire Swash font. Heights: Accents sit at 5mm thick, with the main text standing slightly taller at 6mm.

Stacked Film Sign
When overlapping objects are printed in one piece, the geometry can get confusing fast. If one ribbon punches holes and another lays flat right across those holes, you lose the cutouts. This fixes that mess by keeping the film ribbon holes entirely separated from the solid bodies until the very end — punching them straight through the finished, joined silhouette instead. Size: Roughly 240x180mm footprint depending on rotation. Print Strategy: Flat on the bed. Best results come from pausing at Z=2.4mm, Z=3.6mm, and Z=4.8mm to swap filament colours. Holes: Math-driven uniform spacing prevents weird half-cut rectangles on the ribbon ends.
Minimal Plywood Headrest Clamp
A minimal, unibody headrest designed to clamp firmly onto plywood edges up to 25mm thick. The design relies on a sturdy built-in jaw and a heavy-duty M12 threaded knob to secure it without marking the board. Ergonomic curve: A wide, swooping recess gently cradles the head. Support-free geometry: The neck stalk flares out at a clean 35-degree angle, ensuring smooth printing without waste. Flared entry: The clamp throat features angled edges to easily slide over the plywood. Printed hardware: Includes a custom M12 thumbscrew for a tight, reliable grip.
GripWedge — Hookable Doorstop
GripWedge is an 8-degree angled doorstop designed to slip smoothly under low clearances while providing maximum hold against heavy doors. Featuring a cross-hatched upper grip texture, it resists slipping or sliding once engaged. A tall rear finger loop extends at the back of the wedge, allowing it to be easily yanked out without needing to bend down. Features Shallow Angle: Rises at a gentle 8 degrees, sliding cleanly under low 5mm threshold gaps. Smooth Entry: The front 25mm of the wedge is left smooth for a snag-free initial slide. Cross-Hatched Grip: Aggressive surface ridges grab the bottom of the door to prevent shifting under weight. Quick Release Loop: The integrated rear hoop can be grabbed by hand or hooked with a toe for easy removal. Dimensions Length: 100mm Width: 35mm
