Fairy-Tale Flat-Print Tree Organizer
This flat-pack, two-piece organizer channels a storybook woodland silhouette while keeping print times fast and failures low. The tree geometry is laid completely flat on the print bed, dodging the need for support material entirely. Once the plate is finished, it slots vertically into the heavy river-stone base to stand upright, offering nineteen upward-angled pegs to hold small items. Print and Assembly Notes No Supports Required: Both the tree profile and the upward-facing mushroom hooks are designed to clear overhang limits naturally. Sturdy Assembly: A deep mortise in the base block holds the flat-printed trunk firmly in place. Utility: Ideal for hanging rings, light necklaces, keychains, and hair ties.
Print-in-Place Concentric Rings
A set of five concentric rings designed to print in place as a single piece. Excellent as a clearance test for your printer or just a satisfying desk fidget. Remix Hooks This design is built on a few key parameters that are begging to be tweaked depending on what you want to use it for: Wall Thickness: Currently set to 2mm for a solid feel. Clearance: Set to 0.4mm gap between rings. If your printer is finely tuned, drop this to 0.2mm or 0.3mm for tighter tolerances. Height: Currently 8mm, but you can scale this up on the Z-axis to turn them into nesting tubes. Inner Diameter: Starts exactly at 25mm to fit over standard dowels or large fingers.
iBasso DC04 Ultra DAC Sleeve
A functional, flat-printing sleeve for the iBasso DC04 Ultra USB DAC. Built to slide on and stay put, it protects the casing while keeping the screen and jacks clear. Fit: Designed for the DC04 Ultra (58 × 23.4 × 13.2 mm) with built-in clearance. Access: Continuous top window blends the screen opening into the front thumb notch for easy extraction. Ports: Oversized 4.4mm and 3.5mm jack cutouts to clear thick audio cable barrels. Buttons: Single continuous side slot for unobstructed access to the volume and filter controls. 4mm Slider Snap-On Zipper Pull
Snap-on replacement zipper pull for jackets and bags. Mates directly with the host slider loop via a flared 1.2mm installation slit, requiring no disassembly of the zipper carriage or sewing. The teardrop body features transverse ribbing designed for positive engagement with heavy winter gloves. Fitment and Installation Host fitment: Standard zipper sliders with wire loops up to 4mm in overall diameter. Installation: Press-fit directly over the slider loop. The flared entry guides the wire through the 1.2mm slit into the main bore. Critical measurement: Verify the wire thickness of the host slider. A loop wire thicker than 2mm may require excessive force to pass the entry slit and could stress the plastic. Incompatibilities: Not suitable for solid-cast zipper bodies with small enclosed holes; requires a standard wire loop to snap over.
iBasso DC04 Ultra Case
A durable, hard-shell slip case designed for the iBasso DC04 Ultra USB DAC. What it's for This sleeve protects the DAC while tossing it into a bag or carrying it on the go. It features a bottom cutout for the USB-C cable and a top thumb slot so the device can be easily pushed out when needed. Dimensions Fits Device: 58.0mm × 23.5mm × 13.1mm (plus 0.8mm total clearance for an easy slip fit) Wall Thickness: 1.6mm Print notes Print vertically (standing on the closed USB-C end) for best results without supports. The 0.8mm clearance provides just enough wiggle room to slide the DAC in and out without it getting stuck.
14-Compartment AM/PM Pill Organizer
A seven-day medication organization tray featuring 14 separate compartments for AM and PM dosing. The base tray accommodates individual friction-fit lids embossed with day-of-the-week initials and corresponding sun or moon indicators to separate morning and evening tablets. Compartment Volume: 25x25x15mm interior capacity per slot. Lid Fitment: Friction-fit covers with a 0.3mm clearance flange. Labelling: Embossed text and iconography for tactile identification. Format: Lids and base separated for flat build-plate orientation.
Spherical Smiley Face
What it's for A simple, perfectly spherical smiley face. Dimensions Diameter: 1 inch (25.4 mm) Base: None (perfect sphere) Print notes Printing a perfect sphere usually requires supports at the very bottom to prevent the first few layers from curling. A brim or a small raft can also help keep it anchored to the build plate.

Microwave Within A Microwave
A fully modelled desktop microwave with an open door, containing an exact miniature replica of itself sitting on the glass turntable inside. Twin Units: The outer and inner models share identical proportions, dial placement, and control panels. Open Doors: Both doors are swung open at fixed angles so the inner unit is fully visible. Display Ready: Features an integrated turntable and bevelled corners. Intended as a single-piece print, though supports will be needed for the door frames and upper cavities.
Microwave-Headed Figure
A blocky, stylized figure featuring a standard microwave oven in place of a human head. The body is proportioned like a classic low-poly character, clad in a muted blue-grey suit with dark grey limbs. The microwave head includes standard appliance details: A recessed dark viewing window on the left. A silver control strip on the right. A prominent dial and input buttons. The model is constructed with distinct regions, allowing for easy selection and colour adjustments to the shell, window, and clothing.

A rugged, two-piece protective case engineered to house bulky, wraparound eyewear. The two halves print flat and assemble via a robust mechanical hinge, securing shut with discrete magnetic closures. Features Filament Hinge: Designed to accept a length of standard 1.75mm filament as the pivot pin, producing a perfectly tight, metal-free joint. Magnetic Closure: Four dedicated pockets in the front corners accept standard 6×2mm round magnets for a satisfying, hardware-free snap. Dust Lip: The base features an extruded inner ring that mates seamlessly with a corresponding channel in the lid, ensuring precise alignment and keeping debris out. Dimensions Exterior: 165 × 75 × 60 mm (closed) Internal Clearance: 159 × 69 × 54 mm Walls: 3 mm solid perimeter Assembly Notes Print both halves flat on the bed. Once complete, insert the magnets into their corresponding pockets (a drop of CA glue is recommended), align the back knuckles, and thread a piece of 1.75mm filament straight through the hinge line. Snip the excess filament flush.
Miniature Top Hat and Stand
A miniaturised top hat sized to fit between a cat's ears, paired with a custom support stand for storage. The hat is hollowed to keep the weight down and features an extruded ribbon band. Two hidden loops under the brim allow you to thread an elastic strap to keep it secured. The stand uses a wide base and a domed head that slots neatly into the hat's interior. Brim Diameter: 70 mm Crown Height: 40 mm Strap Loops: 2.5 mm routing holes Stand Base: 65 mm diameter

Carbon Pill Membrane Dome
A replacement buckling membrane dome designed for custom keyboards and keypads, optimized for a carbon contact pill. Pill Cavity: A 2mm diameter, 0.4mm deep recess inside the top roof holds a standard carbon contact pill. Anti-Tilt Mass: The upper section is kept thick and rigid, forcing the thin side walls to buckle evenly and keeping the pill traveling straight, even on off-center strikes. Air Relief: Base channels prevent suction on the return stroke.

Detailer's Triptych Vacuum Set
A custom trio of detailing tools designed specifically for the standard 35mm friction-fit wands found on most Karcher wet/dry workshop vacuums. Each piece serves a distinct stage of an automotive deep clean. The set features: The Crevice Tool (Red): Extended and sharply angled to slip between seats and center consoles. The Wide Nozzle (Blue): Flared to 80mm with a shallow scraping edge, ideal for lifting stubborn dirt from floor mats and broad upholstery. The Detailing Spot Nozzle (Green): Narrowly focused into a 16mm tip for intense, localized suction inside cup holders, vents, and door pockets. Designed to print without supports—just drop them on the bed vertically.
Eccentric Cam Twist-Lock Prototype
A three-piece prototype demonstrating an internal cam-based locking mechanism for telescoping poles. The inner tube carries an eccentric spool on its tip; twisting the handle forces the captive cam outward against the walls of the outer tube to lock the extension at any length. Mechanism Notes Offset: The spool is offset by 1.5 mm, which translates to a full lock within roughly a 15 to 20-degree twist. Guide Rail: The outer tube features an internal rail. The cam is slotted to ride this rail (preventing it from turning), while the inner tube has a wide 90-degree channel cut out so it can rotate freely past the rail. Assembly: Slide the inner tube up through the outer tube until the spool clears the top, snap the cam onto the spool sideways via its keyhole slot, and pull the whole assembly back down into the housing.

PEBA Tactile Membrane Dome
What it's for A miniature tactile dome designed to act as a membrane keyboard switch. It provides linear travel that ends in a sudden, satisfying tactile snap when the angled wall buckles. Dimensions Overall diameter: 6.0 mm Height: 2.9 mm Wall thickness: 0.40 mm (tuned for a single perimeter extrusion) Print notes Designed specifically for flexible filaments like PEBA or TPU. The 0.4mm wall ensures the slicer generates a single continuous perimeter for the buckling section, keeping the actuation force light and responsive. Ensure your slicer's line width is set to 0.4mm and cooling is optimized for flexible materials.

Acrylic Sliding Channel Clip
This low-profile edge clip is designed to hold a 0.093" (2.4mm) acrylic sheet flush against a flat surface. Rather than fixing the panel in place, the clip features an open track, allowing you to use multiple clips to build a sliding channel. Remix variables: Acrylic Thickness: Currently set for a 2.6mm gap to allow a 0.093" sheet to slide freely without binding. Overlap: 8mm lip reach. Mounting: Uses an M3 socket head screw, featuring a 3mm slotted channel to let you fine-tune the clamping pressure against the panel during install. Ideal for easily removable 3D printer enclosures, sliding doors, or modular dust covers.
Low-Profile Finger Rest Quadlock compatible
A Quad Lock compatible attachment designed to stay on the phone. It features a smooth, scooped ridge for finger support while maintaining a slim profile that won't snag in pockets. Ergonomic Scoop: A large sweeping cut creates a natural resting spot for a finger. Low Profile: Tapers down to just 2mm at the top edge to slide cleanly into pockets. Standard Interface: Fits standard Quad Lock cases (requires supports for the base plate overhang during printing).
Homelab Split 1U Rackmount
This is a 1U rackmount adapter specifically sized to hold a TP-Link ER605 router and an OC200 hardware controller side-by-side. Because standard 19" rack widths don't fit on everyday print beds, the mount is split down the middle into two halves that lock together with a snug puzzle-piece joint. The devices slide directly into the support sleeves from the front. Design notes Sleeve design: The open-topped rear trays print natively without supports when the faceplate is laid flat on the bed. Tolerances: The center dovetail includes a 0.2mm clearance to ensure the two halves slide together cleanly right off the plate. Mounting: Standard 1U oval slots give a bit of wiggle room for cage nuts.
SG2016P Switch Rack Ears
Desktop switches left dangling by their patch cables or sliding around on top of rack gear are a preventable mess. These custom rack ears bolt right into the side of a TP-Link SG2016P, bridging the gap to a standard 19-inch server rack so it actually stays put. Fit and Fabrication Span: Bridges an 89.5mm gap per side (assumes a 286mm wide switch). Side Mounting: Features three generous slots rather than fixed holes, accommodating variations in where TP-Link drills their chassis. Uses standard M3 or M4 screws. Rack Mounting: Standard 1U slotted holes (31.75mm center-to-center). Printing: Both ears lay flat on their front face. Zero supports required. Print in PETG or ABS if your rack runs hot, though standard PLA is structurally fine for a switch this light.
20mm Webbing Bag Dispenser
A two-piece threaded canister built to mount directly onto 20mm flat dog leashes. The main barrel holds standard 45mm waste bag rolls and features a bottom-feed slot to stage the tail of the next bag, preventing spooling while keeping the roll ready. Fitment and Clearances Leash Interface: Sized strictly for 20mm flat webbing up to 3mm thick. Do not attempt to force-fit over rolled leather, rope, or 25mm (1-inch) standard webbing. Roll Capacity: 47mm inner bore provides rotational clearance for 45mm industry-standard rolls. Feed Slot: 15mm base aperture for staging the bag tail. Thread Standard: 50mm diameter with a 3mm pitch, cut with 0.8mm diametrical clearance.
Numbered SD Card Organizer Tray
Memory cards scatter across desks and get mixed up between cameras the moment you set them down. This flat organizer tray pins down eight standard SD cards and eight microSD cards in numbered slots, mapping exactly which card belongs to which camera body. Deep semicircular thumb scoops break the flush fit, letting you tilt a card out immediately instead of prying at the edges with a fingernail. Slot Fitment Standard SD: 33 x 25 mm footprint, 2.5 mm deep. MicroSD: 12 x 16 mm footprint, 1.5 mm deep. Print settings: Print flat on the bed. No supports required. The embossed numbers sit 0.6 mm high, resolving cleanly at a standard 0.2 mm layer height.
Honeycomb Pen Organizer Box
What it's for A desktop container designed to hold pens, markers, and tools upright. The interior is divided into a continuous honeycomb matrix, keeping individual pens separated and stopping them from leaning or sliding to the bottom of the box. Dimensions Overall footprint: 106 mm wide × 72 mm deep Overall height: 96 mm Hexagon size: 17.5 mm flat-to-flat (comfortably accommodates standard pens and thicker markers) Wall thickness: 1.5 mm perimeters and interior walls Print notes Print it upright as oriented. No supports required. The dense honeycomb acts as a structural infill for the walls, making the final piece remarkably rigid.
